After contacting Hell or Highwater Tattoo few weeks before my trip to new orleans and they never bothered to follow up with me for a tattoo appt or call me back needed to then Google search of reputable tattoo businesses in area w great reviews came across Tough Love .NOLA. Great experience professional and both my daughter and my tattoos look excellent even better than would have thought possible. Very professional, talented as hell artists, reasonable for prices. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR GREAT TATTOO. So when hell or highwater doesnt call u back call Tough Love tattoos ! You wont be disappointed♡♡♡
