The staff is very kind and accommodating. My 13 year old daughter got her ears pieced for the second time. The first round ended up closed due to infection and a bike accident.
The piercer did not push her to get it done quick and talked her through each step. One side was opening up an existing hole that was scarred over and the other was a new hole.
I can't recommend this business enough!

Just walking through the door, first impression is how beautiful, and clean the shop is! We were greeted with a smile, and our appointment with Casper was on time. My daughter was getting ear piercings, and Casper explained everything, including aftercare, and gave us a sheet to take home. Casper was so good, my daughter said she barely felt it! I have been tattooed by Nicole, who is incredibly artistically talented. She is the shop owner, and a great gal. I have been pierced by Kevin at his previous shop, and he, like Casper is fast, efficient, and fun to be around. There is a family atmosphere to this shop that puts you at ease immediately. Their prices are very competitive in today's market, I urge you to check them out for any of your tattoo and piercing desires!

I just got my 2nd and 3rd tattoos with DJ. He’s really excellent with placement and helping me pick the best position and size for my tattoos. He’s also cool when I want to chat during my session and when I just want to space out. I’m more than thrilled with my tattoos and I’m planning more. Highly recommended!!!

I always see Casper and they’re always super flexible with me, a great tattoo artist and great/knowledgeable piercer c: always ready to answer my annoying questions for me! Besides getting my ears pierced like 18 years ago, I've never had anything pierced before. I finally took the plunge in October and got the nose stud I've been wanting since high school. Casper was beyond amazing about the whole process, from start to finish. Always answering my panicked emails helping with jewelry changes and any issues I had, I could not be happier and more impressed with the professionalism and skill he has. But also, kindness and patience goes such a long way, especially since I haven't always had good experiences with medical professionals in the past. I will absolutely tell everyone I know about this wonderful place.

Outside of my ears, which were pierced when I was too young to remember, I got my first piercing tonight! I really did not know what to expect in terms of pain or process or anything. I've never seen someone get pierced and I've never experienced it myself. But I was extremely pleased with how it went. I was made to feel comfortable and the person who did it was very sweet, talked me through everything before going through with it, and was just absolutely wonderful.
