I’ve been going to get my piercings from Heidi for a while now. Probably 6 piercings from her, I’ve never had any issues, and never had an infection. I’m not good with pain, but she makes the process quick and easy. Piercing prices are really good, not expensive. Thank you Heidi 😊

I have gotten 3 piercings done by the piercer at this location ALL of them had to be taken out. just recently got each side of my nose pierced and the bars were too short to the point where my nose SWELLED OVER the jewelry. had to spend another $20 and go to a different shop to get them changed. I have photos of the jewelry comparison and it is sickening. she tries to do things she doesn’t know how to for the money. shop needs to be cleaned and PIERCINGS NEED TO BE DONE IN A SOLITARY ROOM!!! NOT sharing with the tattooing(especially when a piercing and tattoo are happening at the same time in the same room)

Went in to have a clear nose ring put in for work. The guy working put a lip ring in my nose. I had to then go buy another ring and change it myself. Completely unprofessional and had no idea what he was doing. If he wasn’t a piercer he should have sent me away rather than put incorrect jewelry in my nose. I also did not see him sanitize anything, but he did wear gloves... will not be going back there. Waste of money and time!

The worst experience I have ever had.. didn't last no more than 5 minutes because of his rude remarks about my tattoo idea which was just a inch sized cross And also uncomfortable remarks towards me and my girlfriend as well. If your looking to be comfortable or this is your first tattoo ever. Do NOT go here..

Shawn was my go to guy for ink. Now that he has passed away I'm currently looking for another shop to go to. I didn't get a good vibe from the guy who is currently tattooing also his page tjay shows his tattoos he's done has barely any to show. He claims to have been tattooing for 20 years but, his pictures are subpar

I’ve had tattoos done in many shops across the country. This was my first at shining star. I’m happy. It was a great experience. I will definitely be returning. Very chill atmosphere, if you want to feel like your “at home” go get some work done.

Everyone there is very knowledgeable and treated me with respect. There are all new artists working there that are very experienced at what they do. Definitely worth checking them out, you wont be disappointed!

Most unsanitary and unprofessionally run place I have ever been in. A total dump, ceiling tiles missing, filthy flooring, furniture and tattoo and piercing furniture in horrible condition. If you want to chance hepetitis, this is the place to go.
