This place is amazing. The artist, Travis, is an amazing one, especially for color. The staff are also very nice but i didnt interact with them much besides checking in and out. I got my first tattoo here 2 years ago and have been dieing to get a second piece done. Now that I got my second one done I think I like it even more than the first, his designs are amazing. Highly recommend, already looking to get a third one done 😁

I had the most AMAZING experience piercing my earlobes here. They are very sanitary, my piercer was very experienced and professional. It's my first time that my earlobes went back to normal (meaning redness / swelling has stopped) on the second day of piercing! To my surprise, they also provided me with a huge spray cleanser and sponges for aftercare. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a clean, professional job on piercing on their body without having to book an appointment with the dermatologist.

After almost 20 years, I recently returned for another piercing. The cleanliness and professionalism from my first visit was the reason I didn't even consider anywhere else, even though it meant travelling more than an hour to get there. After all these years, I'm happy to say they did not disappoint! Still clean, professional, and a huge selection of jewelry! Today, I returned again to get a piece of jewelry swapped out and to have two new piercings done...once again, they did not disappoint!

I’m traveling, had lost my tragus jewelry, and had broken my nose ring. I haven’t been into a piercing place in years, and looked up what was available in Worcester. I LOVE that they’re APP certified, so I gave them a call. Mark informed me that I simply needed to walk in, and they’d take good care of me. The place itself is beautiful! Mark helped me choose a cute little rose gold bat for my tragus, and a hoop for my nose. Not long later, Billy put them in for me, and other than a little discomfort because I had been wearing the wrong size nose ring before, I LOVE them!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking care of me, as this trip has been a lot.
They are SUPER educated about all things piercings, and the selection is AMAZING!!

I've been going here for years; the staff are extremely professional, polite, and kind. They know what works with your anatomy and what won't—trust them. The pricing is extremely fair considering the quality of their services and materials. I've never had any issues with any of the piercings I've gotten here (10+) and the atmosphere is sublime. I have been getting pierced by Marc & a few others since I was 18. So well over 10 years now. I wouldn't let anyone or any other place pierce me or my family ever. I highly recommend them for a multitude of reasons. The courtesy of their amazing staff throughout the years. The professionalism they all carry. Extremely professional and mature staff. Very clean and beautiful store with a huge selection of top of the line jewelry. I went in to get 2 of my pieces of jewelry replaced without calling ahead and was catered to right as I walked in the door. They had exactly what I was looking for and they replaced the jewelry for a small fee with speed, professionalism, and comfort. Definitely recommend for any piercing needs!

I went here for my own piercings and realized they do kids ear piercings as well. So I came back for my daughter. Everyone was super kind and professional with both my daughter and I. The whole staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention they have a very large selection of beautiful, quality jewelry. I would 1000% recommend to anyone looking to get a piercing.
