I got my ears pierced for the 1st time there and everyone was very nice. The guy who pierced my ears (I don't remember his name) made sure to reassure me that I was safe and that it was going to be okay. It was very clean and I would 100% go back!

This place always gives me a wonderful experience. Kody has done very impressive piercings of mine, and Jesse has done my favourite beetle tattoo. Everyone is professional and so personable.

The hours suck! I tried going there to buy body jewelry about 45 minutes before closing and they were already closed... Your hours say 12pm to 8pm, would be amazing it that was true. I've had some great work done there but this time thing is huge turn off. You are losing a ton of business this way, not to mention the dude that was in there who seen me come to the door. I understand no body wants to be at work but this should be a professional establishment. Must be a nice place to work tho you get to go home early... tisk tisk...

Had my first tattoo done there and it was such a great experience. The artists were awesome and did great on my tattoo (Roman numerals on chest). The price was lower than I thought too! Going there for all my tattoos and recommend them!

I went and got my bellybutton pierced today they were super nice and respectful and the guy that did it asked if he wanted tonvount to 3 or just do it. But overall the pain level was a 4/10 thank you guys.

My new tattoo looks great and was beyond what I expected to get since it was a total cover up. I love the idea of working with an artist who is educated and experienced. Went in yesterday during their piercing special to get a couple piercings. I'm a piercing virgin and have a horrible needle phobia, but I wanted something so badly. I called omw there from work and they were able to answer all my questions, and even more when I got there. They were open and honest and made me comfortable while waiting (comfy tattoo chairs and Netflix), and I appreciated the honesty and lack of sugar coating their answers. They walked me thru everything and made sure I was satisfied. They even had 2 piercers do mine at the same time, which was so accommodating and wonderful of them. I'll def be back, what a great crew!
