Thee Awesomest
I received a hand tattoo of my sons name in front of a solar plexus with yellow in the triangle. I previously have gotten 3 other hand tattoos from other places. One of those 3 faded a little as normal just on one part of it after a yearsss. This one which Timmy Bee or “Tim Brueck“, said I’d need a touch up while he was doing it. Cool, cool. As it healed quickly as I normally do. It revealed how to patchy the tattoo was which has nothing to do with it being a hand tattoo. I contacted ELECTRIC CHAIR TATTOO IN CLIO, MI. Dead responses, finally got in touch with reception or them to see if they could fit me in for this quick “free” touch up. In short dead responses then I text finally got a response repetitive responses, no value to the customer who already paid 100$ plus a tip up top of them over charging me because of there system and having transaction issues. Where I had to wait for it to clear up on my card then, pay them. The tattoo barley the size of two quarters. A true artist should be able to do simple along side complex in my opinion (an animation major). Disappointed af. I’ll just go pay for a proper touch up somewhere else for all that.
To add wait time was a goooood while after my appointment time when I had everything drawn out for them.
They need to work on their communication as a unit as well as have priority for customers who have already paid and supported them, obviously.

Devery Gerics did my piercings , he is absolutely amazing. I’ve been going to him for 5 years now. He is polite, kind, funny, and extremely talented at his job! Very nice, they got us in there quickly and got back out quickly without feeling rushed. I got a naval piercing and it looks amazing, just not impressed that it is slightly crooked... People tell me it's not bad, but I see it 😅

Never Stop the Better
Artists were very friendly and knowledgeable. Workspaces were clean and comfortable. Art explained everything and made sure everything was the way I wanted before he started with the ink. Would highly recommend.

The shop is very clean and professional. The piercer Devery is a very friendly guy. However my mother got her belly button pierced there and he didn't pierce her belly button he pierced the top above the area where it should be pierced. I'm not sure how I failed to notice this. Just odd placement and unfortunately the piercing did get rejected. Recently Devery has reached out to us and has tried to resolve this but we haven't been able to get out there. Thanks that means a lot to acknowledge this and actually care!

I had my first tattoo done here years ago and had a great experience. I scheduled an appointment for my second and left a deposit, as per policy. I was traveling from 35min away, and on my way down I received a text saying the artist was "running over" and could I come tomorrow. Unfortunately, I don't have the luxury of not going into work so I can get a tattoo. I called the shop and asked if she was going to be able to get me in and was told the artist was "not going to kick the prior client out of her chair". I was then told that they had someone else who could do it when I got there. After looking at his work, I agreed. I then proceeded to travel to the shop for my scheduled time and then wait for almost an hour before finally requesting my deposit back and leaving. The whole process was frustrating, and the customer service from the tattoo artists was extremely poor.
