He was very nice and professional, talked to me through the whole process to keep my occupied/comfortable. 6th tattoo Ive had and my favorite one to date. This will be where I get all future tattoos. Made an appointment and put down a deposit. After taking off a special day from work, and taking my son to a babysitter, they called and told me they had to cancel my appointment, and my husband's. They said at that time that I could reschedule for any time at all for the following week and when I tried to reschedule they told me they had no appointments available. They refused to accommodate me after I did all the appropriate procedures. I guess they don't mind inconveniencing 2 customers. They're very unprofessional. We'll be going to Drunken Monkey in Saginaw from now on.

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to have her belly button pierced. At the time the appointment was made, they wanted a $20.00 deposit. When we had the piercing done the dude said the total was $89 and some change (that was in addition to the $20 deposit). I paid with cash. I only had $100. They didn’t have change so I told them to just keep it. I’m p^sd at how much we were charged considering her friend went in a week later and was only charged $50.00 in total. Rip off!!!!
