"Hello, During the summer it is best to book a tattoo appointment by calling 231 436 6033 at noon the day you would like to get your tattoo. During the winter we work mostly by appointment but are usually in the shop most weekends. Either call us or message our Facebook page mackinawtattoo to make an appointment."

I was tattooed my Austin. I got an elephant on my side thigh. Austin drew up an amazing realistic looking elephant which was perfect for what I was looking for, we decided to add some flowers also. It was a pleasure been tattooed my Austin he made me feel comfortable and was great to talk to. The tattoo was a reasonable price for the size. I have had tattoos before and after my experience at Mackinaw tattoo & honestly this is my favorite one. When I want another tattoo I would go out of my way to put my trust at Mackinaw Tattoo.

So, I'm taking a motorcycle trip to Detroit August 1st to see my mom. So, I contacted this shop about having my sleeve tattoo finished. Was told to send some pics of what I have done so far and a general idea of what I wanted. Was told that yes or no, either way, someone would get back to me. On June 7th, I sent the pics in in fb messenger. Nobody has contacted me yet. Nobody ever reached out to me to say no they can't do it. Or, to ask for more context. I've not heard anything from anyone. What a shame, I have a $2,000 budget. that's with a $100 tip. So unprofessional. I have many tattoos. Yes or no, I always heard back from someone. It's all good now. booked a appointment with another shop who contacted me 2 days later. They will gladly take $2,000. Mackinaw Tattoo, you've lost out.
