So this was my first tattoo- Ever! They had the friendliest staff and Jen my tattoo artist was amazing! She helped and made me so comfortable. Very clean environment and I was not nervous at all - she just made this whole experience so great. I highly recommend and she’s soooo good at what she does. We had some great convos and laughed. I tell you, she’s a gem. Thank you so much.

I am so glad I chose Attitudes for some new ear piercings! Ty was so incredibly knowledgeable and kind! He was also very patient with helping me choose the exact locations for my piercings, taking my current ones and anatomy into account. I hadn't thought to try to book an apt anywhere. As always last minute mom brain.I drove up from Holland on my daughter's birthday. I had called at least 15 diff shops. There were referred by another shop I called. They squeezed her right in and made her whole birthday 💜 They were amazing!

Took my 17 yr old here to get his spetum pierced tonight. Tye was awesome! He was very friendly, explained the process throughly, ensured my kid was comfortable & happy with placement, and very clean! He explained the shops cleaning process that uses a machine that sterilizes with heat & pressure.

I have had multiple piercings from different shops in Muskegon & this one is the best! Definitely going to see Tye for all our future piercings 😊

I went in today with my mom and got my lip pierced and the shop was super clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend going there to anyone. I will be back for my next piercing and I want to see what there tattoos are like

Walked in for replacement of lost nose ring.
NEVER CLEANED THE SKIN BEFORE INSERTING A LONG NEEDLE- claiming he needed to decide the gauge size, apparently unaware of the standard 18g nose piercing size. So he stabbed again in a different direction and her nose is now more painful than the original piercing was. Told her its healing great but now shes swollen and itchy from the new stabbing. Never once wiped her skin before inserting. Refused to replace with hoop so claimed he didn't charge for inserting ring. Receipt shows:
Charged $15 for "staff".
Charged $50 for "staff".
Charged $2.06 to run card.
Total for a simple nose stud- $70.96 !!
(Plus new unwarranted skin trauma)
Go somewhere else that is CLEAN.
Go somewhere online (like bodyartforms) and pay half their crazy prices for quality body jewelry.
Go somewhere else or get re-poked and be left sore in an already healed piercing.

Still stand by it being common practice to wipe the skin with alcohol before poking dirt, oils, etc from unclean surface skin into the piercing hole. Imagine your doctor not sanitizing your skin but telling you it's fine because the syringe is clean before stabbing into you. They wouldn't because it's unsanitary and dangerous.
Pin tapers are for healed piercings only- so if she was healed enough for the usage of one then a hoop swap would have been smooth. Hardly touched on the hoop issue originally though since it's far from the main concerns here.
Her eyes watered and the pain was equal to getting it freshly pierced the first time. A simple ring swap in a healed hole caused the same pain as the original poke. Just unsure how you're going to tell a human you didn't stab them when they felt you do so, and are still in pain from it.
Appreciate you calling, but not sure what her driving back for you to look at it would do for anybody. Still felt like some accountability so was appreciated.

Nick did a fantastic job with my request, including the freehand work beyond the stencil. I would definitely go back to him. Everybody else was friendly and accommodating, the space was clean and the aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow. It's been over a week and it looks fantastic.

They are very professional and quick and friendly ppl who are excellent at what they do. Always have a welcoming attitude and are just very genuine I'd recommend everyone to check them out

Seriously Tye is worth making the trip to see! My daughter (and I) have been DYING to get our septums pierced for almost a year but couldn't because she didn't meet the age limit. She hated they weren't will to make an exception even as she got closer and closer to being 14; however, I'm beyond thrilled they weren't willing to compromise! A business that is willing to give in on an age restrictions is most likely to give in other areas that can be dangerous! Tyr made sure we were both comfortable and took us through every, single step of the process and took the time to show us everything was clean and sanitary! He even helped her design her jewelry to be a piece she absolutely loves! I guarantee we will be back to see him in the future and recommended you do the same!! You will not be disappointed!! Got my belly button piercing here. Very professional, the jewelry is a little pricey, but you get exactly what you pay for. A great experience overall.
