I went in to get a nose piercing, and they said that non of their piercers were their. But this woman still did it but didn’t give me all of the information like you should put tape on it when going to bed so it don’t fall out. But she didn’t and now my nose piercing is halfway out of my face and won’t go back in.

Awesome place, and got great piercings there! The apprentice who did them was fast and hilarious (I believe his name was Ari?). Definitely going here again when I get my next tattoo/piercing.

I typically love this place, I have piercings done by Jennifer and Olivia and a tattoo from Sean that I'm all very happy with. Well today I called at 1:30 to see If they were doing walkin piercings. Olivia answered and said they will be doing walkins from 2:30 to 7:30. We showed up at like 4:30 very excited just to have Sean come out and tell us Olivia went home and no one can do piercings. Okay, no biggie stuff happens. When I asked when she would be available he turned to her and asked her when she's would be available and I hear Olivia in the back. She was getting a tattoo by Sean. I wouldn't be upset if they were honest with me. Something along the lines of "hey I had some free time to tattoo her and she's in my chair right now, she can reschedule" would have been perfectly professional. But instead I got lied to. Just aggravating.

I have been coming here for about 6 years now. I was actually one of Jenny's first clients when she opened up this shop, she has done virtually all of my tattoos and she does an amazing job every time! I get nothing but compliments from anyone who sees the ink I get from here, and I highly recommend going to this shop for any and all tattoo work. Jenny is an amazing artist and I don't think I will get worked on by anyone else as Long as she is around !!

Blake is such an amazing artist! I was a walk in customer and he translated exactly what I wanted with only a few example pictures. Love it and very clean environment!

Shop is super sanitary, artists are very talented! I got my eyebrow tattoo done by Blake who is very quick and efficient. Jenny is very welcoming and helpful, The newest guy John did my nose piercing and it came out dope! Overall great environment, I think it’s a very underrated spot.

I contacted Tough Luck and scheduled a consultation for a tattoo/ cover up I wanted to discuss. When I arrived at the scheduled time,the associate tried do do my consult WHILE TATTOOING another client. Literally talked across her as I stood in the doorway. The associate was rude and seemed frustrated I didn't know exactly what I wanted and of course couldn't look at the existing tattoo to be covered.
I've considered going back so many times because many other have positive experiences but this experience was appaling for me.

I got a chest tattoo that did not match the pic I provided. I was tattooed by Grace very nice girl not enough experience for my skin type. My tattoo got infected because she gave me the wrong care instructions. A lot of pain and ugliness. If I could I was show pics of the work, but it seems not to be an option for this review. If you choose Grace as you artist keep your tattoo small and simple
