The Manager Dawn was amazing. She has lots of experience and did a great job piercing my daughters ears in 2019 and again in 2020. We will go back next year for her 3rd piercing.

This place is really cool. They have so many different kinds of jewelry, different metal types including gold, silver and stainless steel. They have tentative staff that know how to actually assist customers with what they need. They even have interest free financing and offer layaway! My friend just got her ears pierced here and they look amazing!

I just had an amazing experience here. I got my 16 month old daughter's ears pierced and the two ladies working did an awesome job! They had little tricks to make her hold still and look in a certain direction. Everything was quick and smooth and I am so glad I chose this place over Claire's.

Staff argued over who would do my moms piercing right in front of us. Then rang her up incorrect and told her she was wrong when she questioned why it was twice the price, did all of this with their back turned to us. I wanted to leave and pierce my moms ear myself after seeing how unprofessional the entire staff was. They also tried to sell her ear cleaning solution by telling her it was illegal for them to not sell it to her, turned out it wasn't illegal after another employee came over and told us. Maybe they use that as a sales tactic to sell their overpriced ear cleaning solution. After the piercing was done they turned around and kept talking to one another without saying anything to my mom, she left without being told any kind of instructions for care. Overall awful experience.

Every nose piercing I've bought from them has had the diamond fall out. I've gone to this location to ask about exchanges and they didn't even have anyone at the booth. Whoever was supposed to be working was not at the stand
