Metro (Andrew McClain) is the worst when it comes to time management and finishing the work he was paid for. I had paid this guy for a FULL arm sleeve, Which has only been half finished for over a year now. Also i have paid him to do additional work which is also not completed. I guess i've learned my lesson about paying for work that not complete. I will not come back to this place again. If you do i would Avoid work from this dude or paying ahead of time for work to be completed. I would recommend Beloved Tattoo and Removal about 10-15mins away in Roseville.

Jimmy was awesome!! I recently got a cover up tattoo from him and the work he did was amazing. Not only was the studio clean and all sanitary measures were met but there was also time for design feedback/ talking through what I wanted, checks of the needles to make sure they are unopened, and plenty of different shows/ movies to watch. My cover up is healing great and would recommend him to anyone looking to get a piece done!! 🙌🏼

Very clean, and personable staff. Original artist I spokento wasn't in, which is why it lost a star. HR was kind enough to squeeze in both my ma and me into a suddenly very busy schedule. Got in 2 designs and tatts in about 3 hours. Man knows his trade. Solid line work, and you can't really tell mine is a cover up. Barely got read and healed just fine.

HR did my first ever tattoo which was a memorial for my daughter. He was a real professional, super clean lines and shading, as well as amazing attention to detail. Accommodated some specific requests I had, which resulted in some insanely detailed, photorealistic prints that are indiscernible from the original copy. Definitely plan to get my next piece with HR, highly recommend.

employees were kind. I had gotten a tattoo on my back 8 months ago, I did a walk in so not sure if that had an effect on the outcome.. also I never went back for a touch up but the outcome didn’t really make me want to go back… i feel like my tattoo was pretty simple line work but the lines are uneven and jagged. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but my tattoo looks unprofessional and on my body forever. Good thing I can cover it ..

I went in in early March 2022 to consult on an idea. I showed Jimmy examples and got on the books for April 4th. I was given his business card and said I'd be sending him some examples of what I'm looking for. I e-mailed twice and got no response. Then I called and he called me back telling me to text him instead. I texted him the Wednesday before my Monday appointment. He responded saying he'd have something to show me by the weekend. The weekend, came and I got nothing. Finally at the end of the last business day before my appointment, I went in and asked the girl at the front desk for my deposit back. She told me I had to get it from Jimmy and said she'd have Robin talk to me. She was pretty short with me for absolutely no reason. Then Jimmy came into the waiting area, gave me my deposit back and said "Good luck in your endeavours." No apology, No customer services. This is a good place to go to get repeatedly blown off, have your time wasted and to be treated like you are a hassle. The owner never came out. Frustrating to have wasted a month.
