Great communication throughout the process. All products used for the tattoo process were opened in front of me and the stands had wrap on them for cleanliness. HR did an amazing job on the tattoo, which one can easily see from his work on the Facebook page. What sets this shop apart from what I'm used to is that each artist has their own separate room with a door instead of just an opening. Having that type of one on one with the artist is a godsend. HR let me choose what to watch on tv or what to listen to, but the time flew by because he keeps the conversation going as he works. After the work was done, he recommended after care products that I could find at CVS or Walgreens and made sure I understood the after care process entirely.
Very awesome experience. I highly recommend HR as an artist and Monster Ink as a business due to the professionalism and cleanliness. They go above and beyond to make sure the client has a personal experience and aren't just another job. Will be working with Monster Ink and their team in the future!

I would not recommend this tattoo shop especially from KEVIN that works there it my first time going there and all I wanted a vigrin Mary on my hand he drew it up nice but he did a horrible job it doest look like the pic I wanted it looks like a lil kid did my tattoo smh

I received a cover up tattoo from Tyler. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I went in spur of the moment to get it covered with an idea in my head excited about it and we decided that idea was not going to work. He made a few suggestions, gave me his email and told me "I would rather cover this up once then cover it up again. This is forever I want you to love it..." So I went home and did some homework. Took me a week and a half to come up with what I wanted. My 2nd idea wasn't going to work either because of the placement of my cover up. So I gave him another suggestion and he road with it. I made an appointment to do a consult and possibly tattoo it. By the time we got there he had the tattoo all drawn up. We played with placement, then tweaked it and boom next thing I know I am in the chair getting the tattoo done. I liked that my husband could come back and sit with me, everyone was very nice. I even learned a few things about the difference between what I got and another flower like it... Thanks again Tyler for the AWESOME tattoo, I will see you again for my other tat's and so will my husband... I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a tattoo!!!

First off I was asked by the artist to pay in cash after getting my tattoo because he was not "set up" in the system, when it clearly states they accept credit and debit. So I had to go to an atm and incur a fee. More important and upsetting is that I contracted a staph infection from there. When I went to the artist to show him the paperwork from the hospital and the infection he had nothing to say.

Wonderful customer service!! Great detail in such a small tattoo which is a lot to ask for and was very impressed! Will be going back and taking friends and family. I am sure every one is great there but the artist I had was Aaron.

Me and my Fiance went there to get our first Tattoo's yesterday. I had forgotten my ID but my gf still wanted to get hers. Kyle set us up... was patient, nice and understanding that it was my gf's first time getting one. He made her feel at ease. Kyle was great (he also loves star trek which is awesome) I'd highly recommend him and Monster Ink!
