This place is amazing! I highly recommend it for your next tattoo. I had Cassie as my tattoo artist and she came up with a splendid, beautiful piece for my arm. I showed her a few references and kind of let her go with what she felt would be appropriate. It totally paid off cause what she came up with was amazing! They're by appointment only. So I called to set up a possible tattoo, but their voice mail is full.... and they don't answer their phones during their hours listed as them open. Not going to go to someone who doesn't take customer service seriously.

The crew at Black Phoenix is not like other shops, They care about you and your body, if they think that something can't be done they'll tell you, rather than lie to you and let you have a bad tattoo for the rest of your life. If it's your first or your 50th, I'd recommend going. Good place with good deals!
