I can't speak on their actual tattoo work but my brother and I made appointments for two small tattoos, conversed with them about the tattoo itself and the placement and sent them a deposit only the show up today and them tell us they donβt have an appointment for us. They said they didn't receive the deposit, which we were able to pull up PayPal and show them that we did in fact send it. I get mistakes and mix ups happen but not a single person working seemed to care in the slightest, the owner did refund our deposit after speaking to her but I drove an hour for this appointment and we were just completely dismissed and had our time wasted. There seems to be a big lack of communication and customer service. They should work on that bc according to their reviews this seems like a regular thing that happens! For anyone looking there is plenty of other shops that do great work AND have great customer service!

If I could give them zero stars I would I went there and they needed special paper work after I filled out there paper work so they told me to go home and get it so I did and when I got back they told me they couldnβt pierce me after I sat in there waiting room for over an hour and they where very rude with horrible customer service I will never give them any business and I hope you donβt either

This shop is by far the absolute best. Everyone who works here makes you feel at home, not pressured and welcome. I enjoyed how clean and professional everyone is. I've had 2 tattoos and 1 piercing done here and would never think about finding a different shop. Whatever Meraki is doing they are doing it wonderfully and would never ask them to change a thing π

My friend went in for a tattoo today. We showed up at 11:30 for her tattoo because she was told to show up whenever. We were told by the only one who appeared to be working to come back at 1 because that's when others will show up, so we are assuming he doesn't tattoo. When we were almost there at 1, she finally heard back from the person texting her, who told her to come in whenever, telling her to come in at 2. We were very disappointed on the communication for the timing. If they open at 11, they should have staff at 11, especially when she was told to come in whenever. They did try to accommodate and have her come in but we already wasted our time waiting to go back at 1 o'clock and found elsewhere to go.

The owner contacted me immediately after this incident. She was apologetic and very sweet. I went back today (1/16/21) and got a tattoo from Joe. I lost my dad March of last year and got a tattoo with his handwriting and birdcage and Joe did an amazing job. I would come back in a heartbeat.

I had an appointment for today at noon. When we arrived the woman in the front asked who the artist was and went to go tell him we were there, came out and asked what we wanted went to go talk to Mikey and I could hear him complaining. She then tells us whoever took the appointment overbooked and he wouldn't be done and had a large tattoo afterwards. It wasn't like a miscommunication over the phone. We had text message confirmation of the appointment. She said she could get us in Tuesday. We had to find a babysitter for today and drove all the way there. When I told her it was unprofessional she gave me a smart mouth answer. Unfortunate. I was excited to try this place out. Also, if you're going to complain about what someone wants down maybe you should only do own personal artwork only and not let customers hear you.

My daughter wanted her second piercing. When we arrived at the shop, she began having doubts and started crying. They offered her a soda, we're so calm and gentle, and even taught her a new breathing technique. Liz, the owner, showed her every step of the process. My daughter is in love with her new look and my hubby and I will DEFINITELY go back for tattoos. The shop is so clean. The artists are so down to earth!

I had an appointment at 8 was told 2 people in back and one waiting. Told would be about 1/2 hour. While waiting a group of 4 came in said had an appointment for 8:30 and then a guy walked in said he had an appointment for 8:30. Overbooking? One piercer at location. So how can you pierce more than one person at a time?. Need better sxheduling.Very disappointed today. Didn't get my piercing done Bought a gift certificate. Maybe when I come back I won't have to wait.
