If I could leave zero stars or negative stars I would. My very first experience was about a year ago and my wife and I had an appointment, we walked in and the artist was heard cursing saying he didn't have time for that etc and we were told we would have to reschedule. Since then my wife went back and seemed happy so I figured I'd give it a shot. Well, Saturday the dudes appointment before me ran too long, and told me once again I have to reschedule. I can't belive a shop has employees who won't stay to get the job done and they just pack up and go home. To top it off I texted the artist who read my messages to set up another appointment and he has never said anything back. This place has unbelievable piss poor customer service and is completely unprofessional. Don't go here

I came in for a consultation about a tattoo and the next day put money down and it's been two months and not a word. I called a month ago and they said they'd get back to me and still nothing. So ridiculously unprofessional and they can't even be bothered to answer the phone.
Edit. I don't have the wrong studio. Talked to the owner and still haven't received my money back. Con artists

Joe was AMAZING!! He very much paid attention to details, and kept true to the music I wanted on the music staff, for that particular song means the world to me. I absolutely love this piece, I will 100% be going back to him again! It's a little red due to literally just being done, but I couldn't wait to show it off, thank you Joe, and thank you Meraki!

I haven’t gotten my tattoo yet, but I private messaged them and the owner replied back so fast. She is a very nice lady and she helped me and answered all the questions I have. Very amazing if you ask me because other tattoo places aren’t like that.

Going in for refund or not gonna remove comment. I got a straight line that is 2 mm off within one inch, don't get ring tattoos here... They made fun of a tattoo I had that had the smallest blow out and straight 4 inch lines but couldn't do a simple ring tattoo. I'm literally gonna fight the guy who did it if I don't get a refund. Ruined my tattoo experience and don't trust anyone now, they promised straight lines $180 and free touch ups, but who wants to go back to someone who is so immature.

Changed my review from 5 stars to one star because the ONLY reason for a good review was for the artists that worked there. Notice the past tense? Every single artist packed up and left the shop!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! The owner is power crazy and doesn't appreciate the people who work for her!!!! Literally EVERYONE who worked there left!!! Anyone with a brain can tell that that says something!!

Great staff. Have great artists or they wouldn't be working here. Have watched this place grow from day 1. I was unfortunately not the customer today. Took my daughter for a lip piercing.

Just went in to get my septum pierced. I've been contemplating it for nearly a decade. So glad I came here to get it done! Staff is professional! I believe my piercer was Chris (sorry, I'm horrible with names!) She explained everything she was doing before she did it, and she's one of the best piercers I've ever had! You guys rock!!!
