Amazing work, super happy with everything. I went and got a tattoo with my best friend. Lindsey did awesome drawing up a design that was better than i imagined, and stayed late finishing us up. Its also a beautiful shot with cool vibes. You won't be disappointed!!

Went in and got a tattoo of a frog from the gumball machine. I liked it but then I seen he left the nostrils open and I asked my artist Matthew to fill it in. He did that then randomly for NO reason blacked in the eyes more. Now my frogs eyes look terrible and I'm stuck with it for life.
He was also rude.

Golden stag is hands down the best, most friendly, and welcoming tattoo shop, for any person from any walk of life, ever. & what makes it even better is the art gallery and other shows and events they put on along with being a tattoo shop. Steve Bayman is a phenomenal tattoo artist, his work is flawless. With every one I get, I go in with an idea in mind and he designs and tattoos it way beyond my imagination! You won’t find a better shop or artist around, stop in and see for yourself, & meet the most genuine down to earth artists around!

This shop is absolutely fantastic! It was clean, inviting, and the staff was amazing! They treat you like an individual and not just a number. It was great having my questions answered professionally and not looked down upon. The art work from the gallery artists AND tattoo artists is incredible to say the least! Bayman is an absolute gentleman and carries himself with up utmost professionalism. Very easy going studio! I will send all people I know looking to get work done to this studio. Very pleased with my visit!

I went to get a matching tattoo from Colby he was absolutely awesome makes you feel right at home! We talked about me getting my half sleeve can’t wait to get started on it!! I always recommend to everyone looking to get a awesome tattoo!!!

I saw some amazing art on a friend and ended up getting a referral to the owner of this studio. After many hours of tattooing and thousands of dollars well spent, my sides, chest, and sleeves are inked with some of the best art I’ve seen. Steve Bayman is an amazing tattoo artist and human being. We’ve spent a great deal of time together these days, and it’s crazy cool how good of an artist, person, and dad he is. I’d HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone looking!

I got a tattoo here not too long ago done by Colby Morton. It was fantastic and it came out how I wanted it to. Colby did a great job, he listened to what I wanted and was very accommodating. He definitely knows what he’s doing! This is going to be my new regular tattoo place.

Best tattoo shop in KC. I live in STL now and still drive back to see Steve Bayman. He has done 6 of my tattoos and all are fantastic. Highly recommend Golden Stag. Extremely clean shop and great staff.

By far the best tattoo experience I had. I got tattooed by Lindsey and she was so sweet and made my tattoo completely custom (she drew it directly onto my arm). She asked me many times if I was okay or needed a break, and although it hurt (as tattoos do) she made the experience so enjoyable. I LOVE the finished result and will definitely come back for future tattoos.
