Can't speak for the other artist I'm sure they are good but I can speak about Marcus who did my tat today. He did a tremendous job, very professional, very courteous, very good at his job all around. And best of all the tattoo was better than I had envisioned and the price was very reasonable. Obvious by the reviews Heartland has 6 really talented artist

I’ve had the best experience at this tattoo shop. Friendly staff, excellent service. My artist is Jake (look on their website for his info). He’s a great artist and is very good on informing you on the aftercare routine you need to do. Pricing is excellent. He gives customers respect. Overall great guy. Im sure the other artists are as well. 5/5 stars would recommend. You have to book an appointment no walk-ins available because of COVID-19 but with the work they do it is worth it.

Horrible!! The owner of the tattoo shop Jake did a tattoo for me , it was horribly done after a couple of days I sent him Pic and got my money back but his whole attitude sucked, should have been a red flag from beginning! Wouldn't recommend to anyone.. maybe the other artists working there are better but I wouldn't risk it again.

Went in yesterday with 3 tattoos I wanted. Left happy with two of the three. Going back in two weeks to get the final one. Wally B took his time, drew up what I wanted and had great line work. The place was clean, and professional. Great first experience at this shop!!

Walked right in and was immediately greeted by Jake. Super nice and friendly. I picked a good time and was immediately taken care of. He was quick and efficient and did a great job on my little dinosaur. Guaranteed his work and sent me on my way with a smile. Knowledgeable and gave me some advice and I'll start coming here from now on. Had been going to Cheap Trx in south city, but just didn't want to deal with parking and the distance. Nice to have a great place like this that's local and really good. Happy to be your newest patron. I'll be back.

I went to see Jake for my first tattoo via appointment. Given the circumstances of the pandemic and everything, I wasn’t allowed to bring my mom in with me (I’m a baby and pain scares me). Upon walking in, Jake was warm and welcoming and got us started right away. We talked through my tattoo to keep me from having a meltdown and overall, it was a fantastic experience and I can’t imagine having to go anywhere else for my first tattoo. Highly recommended.
