The piercer we had was rude, condescending and snippy with us. They only took cash. They gave us ZERO aftercare instructions and was more worried about getting his money. I would NOT recommend them for anyone especially those getting the first piercings.

I went to Springfield to see family and went to this shop to get my nose pierced. I got there and they were busy and I had to only wait a few minutes and I cannot remember who pierced my nose but he knew what he was doing and the placement of the piercing is perfect. It only hurt for about 10 seconds. And no one was rude and I will go back. Thanks for making me feel comfortable while you shoved a needle in my nose. Hahaha. 😊

When I called to find out if they do tongue piercings the girl I talked to said they do. The next day when I went in I was told they do not do them due to mask ordinance in Springfield. When I just mentioned that I was told otherwise on the phone, they got extremely snippy with me about it. I just felt it was rude for no other reason than to just be rude.

We went to the Friday the 13 event. Quarter sized $13 tattoos! All the people working it were very helpful and friendly! It was very organized and was getting people in and out pretty quick! I will definitely go back there!

I absolutely loved my experience here all the staff is so awesome and treat you like family I got a tat and my breast done on Friday and came back Saturday and got another tat the prices you can't beat its so awesome and I will be going back very soon for more art .
