1881 Tattoo Company

Had been rolling around and working on designing my first tattoo for almost 3 years. Finally decided it was time. Went in to 1881 and had an absolutely amazing experience start to finish. Auto was a rock star to work with. He explained the entire process to me extremely well and then after making sure all my questions were answered and the location and design of the tattoo was just right, he let the ink flow. Couldn’t be happier. He even touched up the tattoo free of charge a couple weeks later. The entire staff has been amazing and top notch. I highly recommend them.

Professional, kind folks who listen to your ideas with an open mind and patience. Absolutely talented artists! Extra clean and comfortable atmosphere. I will return for sure. 100% recommend!

Amazing piece of art. Auto or otto did an amazing job and was very kind and friendly guy. Anytime I had a question he would explain the what’s and why’s. He would periodically check in with me making sure I was doing okay on the more painful parts. Even had snacks and sodas ready for anyone who felt like they needed them. Overall great experience for my first art piece. I’m still telling people to go into you’re guy’s shop. You may have topped the owners skills on this one👀😂

Auto gave my first and second ear piercings on the same day and they turned out great! I went in, filled out a little paperwork, and was on my way to get my piercings! He explained everything very thoroughly and the piercing was quick and not very painful! Afterwards I felt a little faint, so he gave me a soda to raise my blood sugar and talked with me until I was good to go. Amazing service!!!!!

My wife has gotten a couple of tattoos from Robin, and they look great. I am actually getting ready to go in for an old tattoo repair and add to it.
A couple other friends have been there and they were happy with their ink as well. I am sure I will be too. I will try to keep you posted and add photos when done.

Update: The Upgrade turned out amazing. I have been back and have added 2 more to my collection since this one. This will be the only place I go for ink. Lee did the logo and main part, Robin did the trophy ( not pictured) and both did amazing. No need to go anywhere else.

Lee and Robin at 1881, are the most friendly, caring people I have ever met! I have gotten all my tattoos from them! Every single one is amazing, thank you for your amazing consumer service, and willing to work with all your customers!

My experience with the employees was good, but sadly, my rib piece from 1881 healed ROUGH. The words now touching and my skin is genuinely scarred from the work that was done. I’ve had to live with it for the past two years and now I am getting it touched up by another shop. Definitely do your research and look at portfolios before you book 🙏🏼

Lee and Robin are fantastic artists and shop owners. The husband wife duo dynamic of the shop makes for a good atmosphere. I've been tattooed by Robin three times now and will be going back to her for all of my color and cartoon work and plan to go to Lee for my black and gray dark themed work. Both the Baby Groot and Deadpool in the photo are by Robin. I trust them both with my skin!

Very clean shop and super friendly people. I came in to get a half sleeve scar coverup done on my arm by the artist, Crowbar. Unlike most parlors in the valley, 1881 is on their scheduling game, and were able to book me for a 5 hour session less than a week out. I think Crowbar did an excellent job, and I really enjoy his shading style, technique, and speed of work.

My experience here was AMAZING! Hands down the best tattoo experience I could have imagined. Jarrod took my tattoo idea and brought it to life, added my customizations with ease, and added details that I wouldn't have even thought to ask for. The shop is clean and organized, it has a friendly and welcoming environment, and all of the staff are invested in the work. I could not speak more highly of this shop and the work they do. I will be returning!
