Jesse is a talented artist with a kind temperament and amazing prices. My three sisters and I had a sisters' weekend in Vegas, and three of us decided to get tattoos. I looked at plenty of artists and decided Jesse was the one. He responded quickly to texts, quoted a great price for small tattoos, and worked with me when we sisters decided to change things around. He even cut me a deal, which I really appreciated.
At the appointment, he was kind to all of us and did all four tattoos within two hours. All three of us are thrilled and agreed we should make an annual pilgrimage to see Jesse.
The picture is my tattoo, which took 20 minutes and wasn't too painful.
