Ink Therapy Tattoo

I get all my tattoos from here all of the staff is very friendly and always tries to get to know you on a personal level. Joe is a phenomenal artist as well as the rest of the staff and will always take care of you sometimes even staying past closing hours to make sure everything comes out perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get a piercing or tattoo.

I got my first and second tattoo done here! The shop was spotless and clean! My artist as well as the rest of the staff was welcoming and truly made me comfortable getting my first tattoo that I came back to get a second one! I highly recommend this place extremely professional!

Got a beautiful little wave tattoo by Matt a few weeks ago, very skilled artist. Everyone is very friendly and the place is super clean.
Also was pierced by Chris and LOVED that he made sure I was comfortable and very professional but I still had a really fun experience. Also met Joe the owner who is super laid back and nice. Definitely recommend!!!!

Awesome shop! The artists are professional and friendly and make sure you are comfortable while getting your ink or piercing on. I would recommend them to anyone asking for a place to go. Not to mention the shop is very clean and easily located off the turnpike. Can't wait for my next tattoo! Joe D. has done 2 tattoos and 1 cover up for me.

I already posted a lengthy review on Yelp that includes pictures of the tattoo in question, but it seems like the owner actually reads these reviews, and I have constructive criticism. First off my tattoo artist was an hour late to the appointment and I was the first of the day. I got a finger tattoo, being fully aware of the risks of fading and falling out. I have a hand tattoo so I’m very familiar with the difference in longevity. The tattoo artist said he was going to use the thinnest needle and it might not take well, and I could come back to get it touched up. After the first session I was really happy with the tattoo. I didn’t mind the punctuality problem so much. I even recommended the artist to a friend. But after three weeks a few parts had fallen out, which I didn’t think was a big deal. I thought it would be no problem to go back and get it done with a bigger needle, since I had the money for it. When I went for my second appointment however I was yelled at by the shop owner. He talked down to me like I was a child, and wouldn’t even look at the tattoo before giving his opinion on it. He told me that it was going to fade and I said I understand, and I didn’t mind getting it touched up. But he told me that I didn’t understand and used degrading language to me. This was my 6th tattoo, I’m not an idiot. The artist kinda just stood there interjecting every so often. He said that he would do it again but that the exact same thing would happen. I said (crying now) that I didn’t care. The artist went over the tattoo with a thicker needle. They didn’t charge me because it didn’t take up a lot of time or materials but I still tipped because I expected to pay anyway. It’s now been 4 months and it actually stayed how I thought it would. Yes it’s fading faster than my other tats but it hasn’t fallen out, just like my hand tattoo. The owner has to understand that the customers aren’t experts, but they aren’t dumb. If someone understands the risks of a tattoo and has no problem keeping up with the maintenance of it, then let them live.

What an amazing experience in such a clean and friendly environment! Joe has always gone above and beyond and left me amazed! Thank you for makingmy tattoo experience absolutely perfect! My sister was right and so thankful I was able to have work done while visiting!

I went to Ink Therapy on 9/22 and got a traditional snake and dagger from Justin and it came out amazing! This is my 4th tattoo from Justin and he always does a great job! Joe was tattooing in the next station and was really nice and very down to earth. If your on the fence about where to get your next tattoo definitely go to Ink Therapy and ask for Justin!

I got three ear piercing done by Missy including a helix, daith, and rook. I absolutely love them and they’re healing great. It was a very pleasant experience and not that painful at all. My helix piercing was bleeding but Missy kept me calm and comfortable.

I've been to this place twice now, for multiple piercings. Joe who does the piercings is the absolute best. He takes his time and is thorough and careful. He knows his stuff and doesn't just do it for money making; he considers what's best for each individual client. He talked me out of what I really wanted to do (temporarily, anyway) in the interest of proper healing and I really appreciate that. Highly recommend. I'll be seeing him again!

This place is awesome! I was scared about getting my ears pierced for the first time and the guy, Tom, was a total sweetheart. My friends and I agreed to get out tattoos done here in the summer. Everyone there is super nice and it felt very welcoming. They answer any and all questions and are very helpful with giving advice. 100/10 for sure!
