Excellent service any time I get a piercing here or my partner gets tattoos. The gm Erin is very sweet and helpful and always very enthusiastic and genuine. Every piercer has been very knowledgeable and sweet, and every tattoo artist is very skilled, efficient, and passionate. I will come back here even after I don't live here because of the quality and professionalism

I had a great experience getting tattooed by Martin. He has a very precise, deft hand, so the tattoo was about as painless as can be, and the line work looks fantastic, I couldn't be happier. Martin was friendly and professional through the whole process, and everyone at the shop had a relaxed and welcoming vibe. I'll definitely be coming back for more pieces in the future!

I took my son to get his ear pierced ( second one ) and we had the pleasure of going when Omar was working that day. There aren't enough good things to say about Omar , he was the absolute professional . He was so kind , patient and took his time preparing everything for my son. What I also appreciated so much was his attention to detail making sure everything was clean and sterile. My son sometimes gets nervous around needles but Omar made the entire experience so calm and enjoyable that my son was put at ease. I highly recommend coming here !

Before I begin, I just want to say everyone in the shop was super nice and maybe this was just an off day. I don’t usually write reviews but I feel like I had to say something. I’ve had my nose pierced (with a stud) for 5+ years and it’s never gotten infected before. I went into the shop hoping someone would help me change it to a hoop ring (which I purchased there). I asked for a small hoop, but once the ring was in it seemed to be way too tight. I asked the piercer multiple times if it looked right and he assured me, at least three times, that it was supposed to be that way and he would tell me if it was too tight. Maybe I should have asked for a bigger hoop while I was still there, but since he told me over and over that it looked normal and he would tell me if it didn’t - I trusted his advice.

Over the next few days it was super sore and painful, which I understand is normal when going from a stud to a hoop but this felt like it was too much. I continued to clean it - but now it’s been a week. I just came back from a (DIFFERENT) piercing shop, because I hoped to change it to a bigger hoop - but the piercer recommended I go back to a stud for now because it was so infected. When she took off the old hoop, she was in shock about how tight it was on my nose. It even left an indent around my nostril.

My goal is not to turn people away from this business because they’ve got a great thing going on - but please be sure to advise the right size jewelry for future customers, cause I threw away $25 dollars just for my nose to become infected

***update*** Erin (the shop manager) was nice enough to reach out to me promptly & offered me a sincere apology, asked how I'm doing & also gave me a refund which I really appreciate.

This was the best tattoo/piercing shop I’ve ever been to. The people who work here are the nicest and make you feel comfortable. They are committed to giving you a good experience and the tattoo you want. Angel was a great artist and nice dude! Very clean in there too!

Carla is a very talented artist in love with my tattoo very precise line work, gave me just what I wanted a beautiful & meaningful tattoo she is very professional and dedicated to her work. Highly recommend her 👍

Great experience!!!!!! Max is AMAZING! He provides you with the details in advance to properly prepare you for the piercing and after care. The manager of this establishment is Erin, super nice and kept me posted on time frames of service. I had time to eat and come back to get pierced with no waiting time. Super courteous and accommodating team!!!!!!

Feeling at ease & comfortable is a big deal for me when it comes to a tattoo & piercing place. That’s what you’ll find here. My daughter & I stopped in for piercings & Erin is great at answering all questions you may have. Jerome (piercer) was great at conversation & making sure you were satisfied with placement before & after your service. Reasonable prices & super clean place. Visit here for your piercings. My experience was a 10 out of 10! From my initial phone conversation til the time I left with my tattoo, I have no complaints. Everyone was friendly, professional and attentive. The tattoos came out exactly the way I wanted. I am grateful to have found such a great place! Highly recommended!
