I have had the most awesome experience ever ! I needed a cover up ~ went in with an idea and he had surpassed my expectations and than some !!! I went in today for a memorial tattoo for a loved one that passed 36 yrs ago ~ my vision and his creativity and artistic vision brought me to happy tears in my car !My Artist Dre is an extremely professional and a very creative Tattoo Artist! I highly recommend this business and artist’s especially mine !! Very professional, welcoming and the cleanliness of the upkeep of the business is above and beyond, They post all guidelines while we are dealing with Covid! Never disappointed ever!!! Book your appointment with them ~ you will not be disappointed!!!

I got some ear piercings done by Mick. Such an easy experience. He talked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions knowledgeably to the point where I was able to just sit back and trust that I was getting taken care of by a true professional. Such a clean and professional experience at such a great price!! Highly recommend getting pierced by Mick. Super happy with my piercings!!!

I got my ear pierced by Joey and he is the dopest and sweetest dude ever. He did it so quick and easy and was super helpful starting from the check in process all the way until the aftercare of my piercing. Only reason I am giving this review of 2 stars is because of the lady who sits in the front of the shop has a very bad attitude and terrible customer service skills.

I had an incredible experience. Mick did an amazing job with my nose piercing. He was very helpful with picking out the most appropriate and flattering jewelry for my nose. As well as, he was very quick. The piercing looks amazing and after two days I practically look healed. Looking forward to coming back and getting more work done there. I highly recommend!

Got my very first piercing(septum) here today!! Very lovely staff, Mick was especially so kind and helpful for when I had initially walked in. I was so nervous but thankfully, he had taken the time to sit down with me and explain the process. He had helped me pick out a nice piece of quality jewelry and taught me how to take care of my new piercing. The environment is clean, sanitary, and overall was super COVID safe. I don’t have a way with words to explain how great of an experience I had here, but I HIGHLY recommend going here for piercing, especially if you’re new!

Mick was amazing! I came in for my piercings, he was extremely professional and kind. Great sense of character and definitely a pro at what he does. He was extremely informative and made sure I was completely aware of how the process works both before and after. I was comfortable and overall extremely satisfied with the results. The practices and procedures put in place by the owner/owners make me as a customer feel super safe. I have been going to them during the pandemic and they have set such a high standard for me of what a tattoo shop should be, that I will only go to them for my work. Anna is a fantastic artist and I truly appreciate the work that's being put on my body.

First of all, the cleanliness and measures they take to ensure safety during COVID is beyond impressive and I was incredibly pleased to see this. Today I came in to get pierced by Mick. I’ve been stalling on this particular piercing because I admittedly was scared. He was insanely nice, and professional and talked me through the procedure to ease my nerves about it. He even showed me the needle and how different tools make all the difference! Mick is incredibly knowledgeable and an amazing addition to the Powerhouse crew! The entire experience was great and I absolutely recommend Powerhouse and Mick! I’ve been coming here for years, and have never been disappointed whether it be a tattoo or a piercing!

Came here today and got pierced by Mick! I've been going to Powerhouse for a while now and they have always been so good. So clean, professional, super calm and chill. Mick explained the whole process, showed me each instrument he was going to use, was very calm and kind about everything. He was thorough with explaining the aftercare of the piercings I got and was able to answer all of my questions. If you want a piercing, come here. Mick is awesome and the service always gets a 10/10 from me. Highly recommended.
