While walking around Montclair tonight waiting for our dinner reservation my husband and I passed PowerHouse & I said hm wonder if they do piercings. We walked in and spoke with Thrasher...he said they did and I showed him what I had been wanting he said no problem. I signed the waiver, we discussed where the best spot would be if I wanted more, picked out an earring and he worked his magic. I expected the helix to hurt A LOT but I was shocked how quick & easy it was. Don’t get my wrong it hurt but Thrasher was so calm and walked me through the whole process and constantly assured me I was ok. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone for a piercing and I’m pretty sure I’ll be back for another soon! Thanks again ;)

I got a tattoo here yesterday and I was surprised at the cleanliness of the place. I was very pleased with the staff, they were very kind and patient. My artist Chris did a small traditional anchor on my upper arm. He was quick and did a quality tattoo. The outline is sharp and bold; his color saturation is on point. I will definitely come back here again.

Clean, Professional and Talented. I came across Anna's card and knew she was my girl. Incredible attention to detail, creative, talented and great to work with! She drew up my tattoo and It was exactly what I was looking for. Her line work is amazing, the best I have ever seen. Just went in for my first tattoo yesterday as a walk in and I’m really happy about the experience. I thought that the staff was friendly and helpful and pointed out some thoughts I hadn’t considered—such as placement, size, etc. They may have charged a bit much, though I can’t say for certain since it was my first, but for the atmosphere and expertise and result, I’m really happy and don’t regret possibly having spent a bit more. Special high five to Chris for walking me through calmly, since I was a touch nervous. Very happy I went here! 👍🏼 4/3

i went in today to get my nose piercing which i thought was infected looked at. mick was super nice and made me really comfortable when i was really frustrated and nervous about my piercing, and u can tell that he genuinely cares about his clients & what he does :) i will be back to get pierced by him!!

Let’s talk about why I went here......
So about a year ago I did an impulsive thing and got a piercing on the boardwalk (DONT DO THAT). They did my piercing so so so so wrong I was in pain for a long time. So it was hard for me to trust someone.
I went to Spencer’s to get earrings and was dying to try again. I ask one girl from the desk where she goes and trusts and she told me this place.
So I tried it. Mick was soooo awesome. He made it painless, let’s be honestly any piercing hurts, but he knows how to make your comfortable. Please was super clean. Took every precaution for Covid. They were awesome. I’ll definitely go back for my helix :-)

I had a amazing experience at here. I scheduled an appointment for Labor Day to get my industrial, second lobe and navel pierced. The whole place was sparkling clean. Staff were very friendly. My piercing were done by Mick he’s been piercing for 20 years I believe! I would totally recommend this shop!

I went here for my 1st tattoo and my experience was great!! The shop was clean and staff was friendly. Morgan you're the best!! I wanted a tattoo on my foot but he explained to me things I probably wouldn't have been told if I went elsewhere. So I ended up getting what i wanted on the side of my calve and I love it!! I'm getting so many compliments already! Can't believe i waited so long lol

Mick was really sweet and professional. I was in and out the store very quickly. Piercing barely hurt and everything was sanitized. Definitely going back again for more piercings.
