I LOVED the outcome of my tattoos! I was able to walk in and work on the image that I wanted till we found precisely what I envisioned. Kristen was patient and would not allow me to put something on that she KNEW would bleed or fade. Even if at the time that’s exactly what I wanted. She helped me understand and stuck to her guns as she did know better! After looking through many fonts we found something she could get behind ethically and at the same time within my own vision. I would highly recommend this place.

I thought seeing kristens work on instagram would match who she is in person. she’s disgustingly rude. i got a small tattoo on my hip that is extremely blown out to the point it can’t be fixed. disgusting attitude & work.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Kristin was so rude to me and made me hate my experience of getting my first tattoo. She did not care about my ideas at all and just wanted to get it over with. I hate the tattoo the lines are awful and blown out. I will never return to this place as long as she is still there.

I got a tattoo done at Broadway Tattoo Lounge about 4 months ago. My tattoo artist was Javier. He did a great job. I'm was very pleased with his work. But when I went to get my second tattoo by them. They were just beating around the bush. I tried to set up an appointment a week ago. Javier told me it was his day off, to get back at him. So, I ask him to set me up an appointment for this week. He told me to come in at 7pm on Monday night. When the day came, I was just told to call back. I called back and he told me that he couldn't take care of me because he was working on someone else. When he asked someone else if they wanted to do my simple tattoo, which will probably take less than an hour, they told him, no, that they couldn't do it. They told me they will call me bcak. I'm still waiting for a call back... This is very disappointing. I'm getting my time wasted when I could had gone somewhere else. Thank you for wasting my time, Broadway Tattoo Lounge. I'm giving you 2 stars because I was pleased with your first work. But I won't be coming back here because your customer service sucks ✌🏻

kristin did an amzing job. her work is crisp and her lines are on point. her creativity is amazing. from concept to completion she is top notch. highly recomended. i’ve sent numerous people her way and all were extremely satisfied.

Today was my first time getting a tattoo from broadway tattoo lounge. I did some research on this place and went by the reviews. But I must say yo-yo was my tattoo guy and he was amazing! Very patience with us, and honest on what we wanted. I will definitely return for my cover up tattoo!! My daughters also got their first tattoo today and I am very happy they had a great experience!

Amazing experience. My sister recommended me to this tattoo shop. She’s been going there for years. I got my first tattoo here by Dave and I love the results. Everything was very clean. The staff is very outgoing as well as knowledgeable which made it a great experience. All questions I had were answered. The artist even let me feel that actual needle out prior to applying ink so I knew what I was in for. I won’t get a tattoo anywhere else.

I Absolutely love this place!!! Every artist in the shop is so talented which I love cause you have such a variety of style. Their creations with color or black and white are absolutely amazing. Walking in is always a fun experience as the music is always playing and everyone welcomes you in with a smile. The shop is extremely clean and friendly. Would recommend this shop as being the best one hands down that I've even been in.

Got my first tattoo today and couldn't have been happier with my experience. Spencer was so helpful and talented, especially when free handing my tattoo. He made the experience as enjoyable as possible and I would definitely recommend checking it out. All the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was great.
