Joe Chavez is not only an amazing piercer who I trust completely he has become a friend. He will always make you comfortable in his chair and joke around with you. I have never disliked a piercing he has done on me. He is so funny and the only piercer I would recommend!

10/10 would recommend. I’ve gone here for all my piercings. One of my favorite piercers at Cottonwood location is Joe Chavez, he did my conch and he was super quick and helped me out when I didn’t know if I wanted a conch or a rook. Very clean studio and the employees are always welcoming and very helpful. Can’t wait to get my next piercing from them!

As someone in the medical profession, I expect aseptic technique and execution with the procedure I am receiving and you pay for what you get. I understand supply and demand and I had to wait 45 min. to receive the piercing I was wanting and the wait was worth the outcome. Once the wait was over the procedure was quick and precise. I respect and admire the quality of jewelry and the professionalism once I was in the procedure room. I will definitely continue to come back for any future piercing needs. Sarcasm is one of his strong suits, so if you have a weak sense of humor hold your opinion to yourself. Joe Chavez is technically on point and I appreciate the experience.

All the tattoo artists at factory edge are great. Joe, the piercer, is also fantastic at what he does! I've gotten several piercings from him and each healed exceptionally well. Wonderful, clean and fun environment to be in. Highly recommend for all your tattoo/piercing needs

i went in to get my belly button pierced and my third ear piercing and both times joe was amazing. Joe is the best piercer! He made the piercing quick and not scary. if you go into factory edge, i recommend him if its your first piercing or just like a good person to talk to. he can start a conversation so easily and make the process go by so fast. definitely recommend going and asking for joe!
