Love the whole shop we have taken both of our daughters here for piercing one nose and the other was industrial ear piercing and we love Joaquin. Also love the fact that we can just walk in and get taken care of. Great prices great convo and after care instructions. This has become our go to place for piercings and would highly recommend for any one who is nervous as Joaquin will talk you threw and he is quick with the whole piercing process.

I would not recommend getting services at this shop. Poor piercing practices, used a piercing gun, pierced my ears without marking them first which made them uneven, did not pierce them straight and used poor quality jewlry. When I warmed other of these practices and advised a different shop, the dungeon staff harassed and bullied me. I would stay clear of this place.

I’ve been going to Kenn Vigil for a while now and his work is amazing. I constantly get compliments on all his work. Everyone here is so good at what they do. They make you feel like family from the second you walk in the door. Best tattoo shop in Santa Fe by far!!!!!

Had my 6 year olds ear lobes pierced over Labor Day weekend. We didn't have an appointment, it was fast and easy. Joaquin Maestas, was very good and helped my nervous child get through the whole process.

I recently replaces a lil stud with a hoop. It was poorly placed and part of my piercing closed up. I know have to let my piercing close up and heal, and then repierce it. I’m beyond angry.

I'm looking to get 2 helix piercings and my septum pierced. I've called the store at least 6 times in the past few days to get a price estimate, no one has ever answered my calls and I can't even leave a voice-mail because the voice-mail box is full every time. I sent The Dungeon a message on Facebook asking about pricing only to have them read my message a few hours later and never answer me. I'm nit going to trust a business to pierce or tattoo me that can't even respond to me when I ask them questions about the services they provide. I've heard horror stories about piercings and tattoos done at the dungeon, never once heard something positive, but I wanted to give them a chance... but now I've realized that they don't deserve it or even want it.

I had gotten a tattoo over there and it came out extremely bad. I came back for a touch up and he was being extremely rude because I asked for someone else. When I contacted the other person he ignored all my calls and never fixed it even though they offered to touch it up free of price.
