I got my nose and my nipples pierced here and had a really amazing experience. The piercer was so kind and professional and made me feel very comfortable. Both piercings were quick and fairly painless. He explained proper aftercare and was overall a super cool dude. I will be coming back!

My wife and I had an appointment set over 2 weeks in advance and when we arrived a half hour beforehand to do paperwork, the artist said he did not have time and to leave even though we had an appointment. So my wife went to just double check with the artist directly and he told her to leave rudely. My wife was called aggressive because she asked why they could not honor the appointment and there was a 3 hour delay when we had a scheduled time. She felt she was being judged just by asking why our appointments

IF YOU WANT A TATTOO GO SEE LASEAN!!!!!! SHE IS A FANTASTIC PULBLISHED ARTIST! Great lines good color sat. Extremely professional. EXTREMELY CLAN. Has a good hand and not so light and won't scar you. Completely worth every dollar!!!!! Must get a tattoo from her. Hurry up she books up fast.

The piercer Joaquin was very nice and professional. He made me an appointment for my nose piercing and right as I got in he took me back he told me how to take care of it. It’s a very clean place to go for tattoos and piercings. He wore gloves and everything was in a package. Would definitely go back

I had the pleasure of having Kenn Vigil design the artwork and complete the process of my tattoo for my 50th birthday. He was awesome to talk to and his tattoo work is fantastic. He was terrific and it was almost painless. I’ll drive from California to Santa Fe when I get my next tattoo. I highly recommend this studio. Great prices and talented artists!

I went last week for a scheduled piercing, and when I got there the piercer wasn't there. He said he had forgotten about it and wouldn't be there until two hours later. And when he did he didn't even apologize, which I see as very inconsiderate and unprofessional, which is a bummer because his piercing are very good.
Not only that, when I walked into the shop, none of the employees greeted us, none were wearing a mask, the music was blasting ridiculously loud to where you couldn't have any communication and the employees would get closer to hear the customer, which again without wearing a mask. Not following the 6ft apart covid guidelines.
Also, their restroom was absolutely disgusting. It looks as if it hadn't been washed in weeks. Very unsanitary. Very disappointed with the overall experience.
