If you need a great piercer, look no further than Kimmy. She is the most talented piercer I have ever come across. Out of the 13 piercings I have, Kimmy has done 6 of them. She is incredibly professional as well, and very flexible with her walk-ins and appointments. She is knowledgeable, sweet, and overall a great piercer.

Kimmy pierced my medusa today; she was awesome, i had already had my medusa pierced one time, incorrectly, and she had made sure to look at all angles and ask me questions about how it felt before and after. Very sweet service, very comfortable and she was very accommodating. ALSO, the placement of the piercing and the way it sits is amazing and so much better than the first time i had gotten it done. I just feel like the way Kimmy pierced it is going to be so much better, it already is!

I have gotten many piercing done by Kimmy at this point (both nipples, conch, and ear lobes) and can say without a doubt she is now my go to! Kimmy is very professional, sanitary, and consistently provides clean work. I haven't had any issues with healing, however she is attentive to any questions I may have during the healing process. I highly recommend her services if you are considering a new piercing!

Absolutely love solid gold! If you’re getting a piercing done you absolutely have to see Kimmy she talks you through the whole piercing and does it so quick and easy! The 'main piercer' here is a joke. Septum piercings are obviously popular and as with any piercing you need steady and capable hands. Unfortunately, like so many unfortunate souls, I came across a piercer who was incapable.

First mistake: The first time she pierced my nose (Yes, you read correctly, the first time), she pierced it way too low. It hurt like hell and my eyes opened up like Niagara Falls. It was clear that she messed up. And when I looked at the mirror, it was crooked and low.

Second mistake: I can't believe I let her pierce me again, but I allowed her the opportunity to correct it. And what did she do? She made a low piercing even lower. So low, that it was close to grazing my upper lip.

Third mistake: It's clear that SHE doesn't know what the hell she's doing when it comes to septums. Tried to downplay my experience as if my nose might not be able to hold the septum, when it was clear that she was incompetent.

I went home and shined a light on the two small holes from where I was pierced. It was clear that she didn't even put the septum tool in my nose properly. She literally pierced the tip of my nose twice. I went to a true professional this weekend and it was smooth. No tears, hardly any pain and the jewelry was much nicer. Go to this location if you want someone to play with your nose.

Definitely go to Kimmy for your piercings! I had my nose pierced previously but had to take the piercing out for a surgery and the hole closed up. Kimmy re pierced it and even with the scar tissue from the previous piercing, it’s healed so well. She’s super nice and helpful and you can tell she cares for her clients!

I went to Solid Gold Tattoo with a few of my cousins and friends to get piercings. This place is clean, professional and has a laid back vibe which we liked. Tara is by far very amazing and super helpful. She pierced my conch and helix and even helped me out a few times afterwards due to a metal allergy i never knew i had. Definitely will be going back soon to get some more piercings from Tara.
