Alex was amazing. This was my first time getting a tattoo and it was a big one. I was extremely nervous, but Alex really helped me calm down and he's actually a funny guy. Highly recommend this place, good prices and good staff. Trust me, you won't regret it !!

I got my tragus pierced today and it was a good experience! Everyone was nice, it was a quick procedure, and it wasn’t expensive. I was able to walk in and get it done right away. Willow was my piercer and she was informative and friendly.

EVERYONE is kind and attentive and acted as though my business was appreciated. Richie treated me as if he was working on his own mother. He did not present as rushed and he was extremely patient. Price was very reasonable.

To say this was overpriced is a literal UNDERSTATEMENT. I got 3 ear piercings and this man charged me $110, I cannot fathom how he even got that number. That’s just the first thing. He told me that I can come in in 15 minutes. Once I got there he made me wait about 20 minutes to then tell me it was a TWO HOUR WAIT. This man was very unprofessional and didn’t even seem to know what he was doing. He kept pulling and pinching my ear and made it super uncomfortable. I never knew a regular ear piercing could hurt that much.

I can’t say enough good things about this tattoo shop! All of the staff members are incredibly friendly, professional, helpful, and honest. The shop is super clean, inviting, and fun. I have gotten three tattoos done by Rob Hotte, and all are incredible and I couldn’t be happier. A tattoo I had gotten, not at Solid Gold, was one I was not very happy with, so I went to Rob and asked what he could do to fix it. He was very honest and was able to make it much more detailed and now I am so happy with it. Also, Rob’s lettering is AMAZING! I won’t ever go anywhere else. Thank you Solid Gold.
