Just wanted to share I came in on Saturday & the staff was so friendly - they immediately greeted me as I walked in. I spoke w/Todd who gave me some advice on a piercing I should have received 6 months ago. He was on point, very professional and removed the piercing w/absolutely no discomfort. Try them first before going to Evolution -I'll be back in a month

Got a septum piercing and as soon as I left I knew something was off with it and it was a little crooked. He also didn’t allow me to pick a piercing, which I found very odd but decided to trust him thinking it was normal. After he pierced me and I saw it, I hated the piercing and it wasn’t round at all. It was more of a stapler shape and went straight down coming out my nose, rather than curling. Woke up the next day with it completely up my nose and all on one side. I was unable to move it without screaming in pain. Even eating would cause pain. I decided to go to a professional piercer who saved the day and took it out. All the workers there were so invested in watching how he was going to accomplish it. This just shows it’s something that doesn’t really happen often. After he took it out he told me to never go to a tattoo shop again for a piercing. He also informed me that because of my nose shape (he said he couldn’t completely tell until my nose swelling went down) a septum piercing might just not work for my nose, So keep that in mind. I don’t believe the piercer at chop shop is a bad piercer, I just believe because he is the only one, he is unable to consult with his colleagues when he thinks something might not work. He pierced my friends third holes for her ears and did an amazing job, although he didn’t let her pick out the piercings either.

This is the best place to get a tattoo! Chop does excellent work! He's very chill and takes his time both helping you put together your design as well as when doing the tattoo. He does things in the community too!
He has more cool and solid tattooers working in his shop as well. Plus a really cool guy (Todd) that does the piercing.
