I just got my second tattoo from Ciara aka @permanent__pokes on IG and once again I'm floored by the quality. She is the only non machine artist I've been to and I am coming back for more. First time I got spooky season flash and the second time a custom piece on/around my ear. Healing is easy, ink sticks, and the lines are crisp. Poking is a weirdly loud testing with each poke (especially the ear) but way tolerable than machine tattooing if you have sensory sensitivity. My partner also got Black History Month flash from Mark aka @marking.tatoo in IG at the downtown shop. It was his first piece and the application is impeccable. Couldn't recommend these folks more. Everyone loves our tats. Merch is also dope. 100% worth the drive.

I was referenced by a friend to come to Black Clover for my second tattoo, and they didn’t disappoint :) Chad was my artist and he was extremely welcoming; good conversation, playing music of my choice, etc… so I was comfortable throughout my entire session. He was open to any and all concerns and questions and made the process quick and relatively painless. Thank you again to you, Chad, I’ll definitely be back soon!

I have a hand-poked piece done by Ciara that gets SO many compliments. It’s absolutely beautiful, and the process was so easy. I assumed hand-poked tattoos would be a lil tough to endure but I could’ve easily fallen asleep. I’m always recommending her and to top it off, she’s just an all around awesome human. Just freakin’ book with her, already!

Personally Peach has done most of my artwork and I couldn’t have dreamed of anything better than what she did, she is extremely talented and always makes you feel like a friend when you sit in the chair. black clover is hands down the best tattoo shop ive ever been to. i travel 3 hours just to go get work done by audrey. she’s an amazing artist, her work is phenomenal. i always leave highly satisfied and extremely happy with my experience and art. she always makes me feel so comfortable and that’s a very important thing to me with my tattoo experiences. i also follow multiple other artists that work here and while i’ve never booked with anyone else, i love seeing their posts on instagram and getting some ideas for new tattoos. the shop itself is also very comforting, the aesthetic and vibe is perfect, ive been to the new location just once, but i loved it as soon as i stepped in the door. i will definitely be a forever client, keep up the great work guys!!
