Bradde is the best piercer ever. I got my septum pierced recently and I was terrified, as I had a nostril piercing years ago that was super painful. However, I was shocked at how near painless this septum piercing was. He was not exaggerating when he said it would take a second to pierce. I barely felt it. And after a week I’ve had literally no soreness, swelling, or any adverse or even normal reactions. I’m still shocked how well everything went. Bradde is very cool, professional, and knows what he’s doing. I can’t imagine using anyone else. Amazing service all around!!

10/10 would recommend anybody to go here. They’re absolutely one of the best shops I’ve been too. It’s really a great environment, the staff is super welcoming with all around really great people! I worked with Jet on a tattoo that was done at a different shop. He was able to explain to me what was done wrong and had no problem fixing it ! He was awesome. I will, for sure, be going back to get more work done!

I went today to get help with my hoop noise piercing that always seems to stay irritated. I saw Brad he was amazing he drew a demonstration and explained why I was experiencing the issue. He gently told me why I shouldn't get a hoop (I was disappointed 😥 but greatful). He showed me the best jewelry for me and gave me a plan of action. I'll see him again in a week for him to check my progress. He was knowledgeable and most of all patient. If you're looking for a great piercier go see him you'll be in great hands!

I got my first piercing (besides earlobes) here a few weeks ago, and my experience was great. Bradde, the piercing specialist, was very knowledgeable. I’ve followed up a few times with questions since I’m not super experienced with piercings *yet*, and he’s always happy to address any concerns I have. I definitely recommend this place especially if you’re new to body modification.

If you like being greeted by a person wearing a “Blue Lives Matter” mask and a white man with dreads then I guess this is the place for you. The nose piercing I got was good, but their small talk and “humor” wasn’t really humorous or interesting altogether. There are surely plenty of other shops in Raleigh to get a tattoo or piercing…
Edit: It was YOUR staff member that was wearing a “Blue Lives Matter” mask on that day, not a customer. Unless you let customers service other customers behind the front desk that is? Also, maybe you’ve heard of cultural appropriation? You probably have, but you simply don’t care based off of your response. Maybe you should educate yourself, but again, I doubt you’d do that for the benefit of yourself and your business. Apparently you would rather lie, talk down to customers, and mock their experience at your shop. I based my experience off your shop’s environment, it’s staff, and the piercing result. It’s pretty alarming that an owner of a shop can’t take criticism and instead miss the entire point of a review. This shop’s *service* on jokes are far from the worse thing about this place, clearly it’s the ownership.

Great service. Friendly staff. Bradde is an amazing piercer. I took my 9yr to get her ears pierced for her birthday and she didn’t even realize he was finished. He talked to her and made her feel completely at ease.

Lily is absolutely amazing. She is everything I was looking for in a piercing artist. She is incredibly knowledgeable, clean, and professional while helping you feel comfortable with body modification. I watched her sanitize the equipment before hand which really helped to put me at ease. She took her time to answer all my questions (and I had a lot). Everything went very well, probably better than what I had built up in my mind. And I absolutely love my piercings. I am still going through the healing process but I don’t anticipate any problems with proper home care. If you are considering body piercings, Lily is where to go!
