I got an amazing first tattoo here in November of 2020. I tried booking another tattoo with them, had some issues, but the issues were quickly resolved! I recommend them to a lot of friends and family for tattoos! A lot of people comment on my tattoo and ask where I got it! I definitely recommend Alex!

No showing your clients is so disrespectful and a waste of their time!!! They have lives you know!! Can’t sit around waiting for an artist to show for a scheduled appointment just to sit and wait for 2 hours for a no show!!! So unprofessional!!! This happened 2 days in a row!!! How can you even do that to someone!

I had gotten this tattoo last year for my birthday and least to say it was the most enjoyable experience, listening to music I had no clue of understanding and the artist being a pretty chill dude to have a conversation. Even though there was slight miscommunication on the desired tattoo he was able to rectify the issue and gave me a tattoo that I loved even more than the original design. Least to say when I enter a room and people notice it, it’s a great conversational piece! Thanks again Flacco for the amazing quality tattoo and fair pricing!

I would totally give 5 stars if it wasn't for 2 things one they only took cash but they have an ATM on site which is great and all and the other thing was that the chair was on the wobbly side but other than that it was amazing for the most part charged by the piece not by the hour and walk ins were welcomed. Like I said would totally give 5 stars if it wasn't for the 2 things. But all in all was a great place, quality ink, and chill environment.

The owner is on a total power trip . Rude and obnoxious and has anger issues . I honestly think he showed up late either high af or drunk. Not a good look bud. I'm a customer just giving him my honest opinion and review of him and how he runs his business and treats his customers and hopefully this doesn't happen to someone else.

Joel is fantastic. He's been doing my whole families tattoos for years. He spent most of his time tattooing my son who took his life a week ago. He knew him very well and is doing a portrait of my son, he wanted it perfect and is doing just that. 5 stars and more!

Literally the worst customer service of all time. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. I’d rather talk them out of going here. I wanted to get a very small tattoo and the owner said okay and told me he’d get back to me on a certain day. That day comes and I didn’t hear anything so I message him and he kept leaving me on read and wouldn’t answer to get my tattoo done. The amount of unprofessionalism is ridiculous.
