I Had been using this company for 6 years and am floored I tolerated the several late arrivals by the owner but this is uncalled for, The customer service and respect has declined greatly. After artist/owner canceled an appointment with my husband on an hour notice costing him wages at work and failed to reschedule after several weeks and many text/emails attempts by my husband to reschedule a request of refund for about prepaid was asked for. The owner agreed to half (which is fair in this industry) but since than has repeatedly ignored requests to settle, has now deleted my husbands savings account that was suddenly nonrefundable and block him and myself from all social outlets. The company clearly picks and chooses who they treat fairly.
