Big Nate is the man! He does amazing work. I had gotten ink from another shop before, but haven't gone anywhere else since meeting Big Nate. He makes sure that you're comfortable and that you're getting exactly what you wanted. He's a super nice, funny dude. His staff are very nice and fun, as well. Anyone looking to get a tattoo done Old Ironclad is the place to go. Their artists are professional and amazing to work with. Bob and Nate have earned mine and my friends business for life. I was a walk in appointment with Bob that turned into a complete sleeve and many more tattoos to come and Nate finished an incomplete Superman tattoo for my brother that was so jacked up we didn’t think it could be fixed. Boy were we wrong. It turned out amazing! Can’t thank these guys and their staff enough for all of their hard work.

So, I was supposed to work with Sydney. She was nice in the text messages. At first she was very good at communicating and we got an appointment for the 23rd. I got my deposit and the tattoo drew up. She didn’t reply to any of my texts in a week prior, I had questions and needed an update on the tattoo drawing she was working on for me. I make it to the appointment on time, she never showed up, Nate tried calling and texting and she never replied. We figured something was seriously wrong and gave her the benefit of the doubt. She texts me saying she’s sorry and something had happened (not putting her business out there) and somehow got the dates confused. I was annoyed but I tried reaching back out to change the dates, she left my message on dopen (seen) so I texted again saying I can do next week, again, left my message on open (seen) for 3 DAYS! I tried calling the shop twice about her not texting me back and she just wouldn’t call me back. She never bother to text me or anything. So I text her asking what’s going on, she gave me a different story from what she said last time and we can reschedule. Now I did ask to reschedule but at this point time tired of having to constantly reach out and she ignored me in the first place so I didn’t feel comfortable with proceeding. She was totally unprofessional and is horrible at communication and I do not recommend her. I wish I can post screenshots but I cannot. Nate was pretty cool though.
