I recommend this establishment. I have attempted to get double piercings and cartilage pierced in my ears several times in the past and always had pain or got infected and swelling and had to remove. The artist here stock's high quality jewelry and is very proficient. The piercings were virtually painless, and I have had no pain or issues this time and still have my piercings, very pleased!

I've gotten tattoos and piercings from American Ultra several times and I've always liked their service. Eric has been great with tattoos, good price, professional, and clean. He gave good after care instructions as well as Alicia with piercings. I recently got snake bites as well as an eyebrow piercing and they came out great. A huge improvement over my last attempt at snake bites.

Saw Alicia to get my 5 year old daughters 1st ear piercing. She did a great job explaining everything to her and keeping her calm. She didn't surprise her by stabbing her in the ear quickly to get it over with like a shot. She warned her and helped her through the initial pain.

This was obviously more expensive than the mall, but you get what you pay for. I wanted my daughter to be pierced by a professional, not a teenager with little to no training. Alicia lined them up perfect and got the job done fast and as painless as possible.

Went to go get my nipples pierced and my experience was AMAZING. Alicia is by far the most professional piercer I've had (and I've had a lot of piercings in my life) she was so thorough and explained everything that was going to happen step by step and super informative.
