I just went and got my first tattoo at American Ink. The staff was really friendly and down to Earth, and OB did an amazing job on my tattoo. On top of that I didn't even have a reservation.

The lack of communication between the entire staff is out of control. LISA has the worst attitude and has no idea what customer service is. She is aggressive and abrasive when talking to people. This establishments lack of people skills and argumentive behavior is overwhelming and also overshadows any and all talent that the artists actually have.

Took guy 1 1/2 yes he was gentle but took to long for so small of a piece and didnt turn out as good as I wanted but 2 other people got same one by diff person and theirs turned out pretty good
