I came in to see if the piercer would help me put my nose ring back in. I was recommended by another shop closer to my house. I was spoke to as if I was bothering the staff. I was told different prices for the same jewelry by two people. Ive just never been refused help by a business before, when I even said I expected to pay for them to help screw the back of my nose ring in. I just left.

Clayton from minute one, was down to Earth and very friendly. He took care to go over the sanitation process and describe exactly what he was about to do. You can tell this guy really loves what he does, because he makes sure everything is perfect - from the sanitation, to the position of the piercing, to making you feel comfortable and at ease - the whole nine. I would, without a doubt, recommend Clayton for anyone looking to get their piercing done the right way.

Waited an hour for a simple piercing the guy in the shop had a receptionist basically just to greet the customers. I wanted to buy a nose ring but I can’t even see it since the guy that does the piercing has the key. So I sat there waited patiently & finally he came out started calling others to pay for their service etc. I was the 3rd person in line after an hour there was almost 20 people waiting for piercing. They need a better system because a customer should not wait an hour for a piercing. Also for the prices they charge not worth it so I asked for my refund. I will never waste my money or time coming back!!! Ty for nothing...

Zack Perez was awesome he did my hand tattoo and it turned out amazing. Trying to figure out what to get next. Will definitely be back for more work. The shop was amazing and had awesome staff.

Had two pieces done now by Zach Perez(2/3 lower sleeve on my left arm) and I plan on getting much more done in the future. I haven't seen anyone else do the level of work that he's done, not just for me but for all of his clients, and is hands down one of, if not THE, best artist in the state!
