I have come to this shop a couple times for some of their Wednesday promotions and so have several friends of mine.
I have had a good experience every time.
They always do quality work. They’re professional, clean and provide good customer service.
I don’t personally find the staff intimidating like some other shops, which is why it’s been easy for me to go back. I recently got a piece done by Edgar, and it’s turned out better than I imagined.
He was good at communicating before(with scheduling) and during the tattoo process as well. He made me feel comfortable and gave me an awesome tattoo. I am definitely going back.

I have been coming to the shop for a few years now, and have gotten to know the staff quite well! Both owners are very considerate gentlemen who go out of their way to make sure their customer feels comfortable and are satisfied with what they have received! I have over 20 tattoos, 1 piercing personally done there, and gotten jewelry swapped out several times at this shop and highly recommend them!

Great experience getting double daith piercings. It's been nearly 2 months and my healing is on track. Setting the appointment couldn't be easier. The piercing was quick and clean. Mario did a great job, no complaints at all.

Needed to get my facial dermal top replaced. A friend recommended this shop and from the first message, they were willing to help and explained throughly about different options and reasons why one top was better than other but still letting me choose what I wanted. Changeout was fine. Clean. No complaints. Give them a chance. It’s a nice small shop which gives a nice personal experience.

Didn't even tell me I had to pay before my appointment showed up and they had gave my spot away, I had even said I needed to pay in cash. Such a waste of time
(No you did not, there is no reason to be a d!ck. I had called yesterday just to ask and you were eager to make a appointment for today. If I would of known I could of payed before it was that fact that was never stated. I wad very excited and now you've made it a horror show. To anyone looking to go here don't just find somewhere else there are so many places)

You need to state on your Google page that you are not open to public during your posted buisiness hours. Appointment only.
Well seeing your lovely reply makes me happy I've stopped in three times just to see you're not open. Also it appears there are other reviews like mine. Don't like it don't run a buisiness if you can't open or stay open.
