I get that there’s no return policies or anything so if you come here and buy something and it’s not the part for your pipe and you go back to not go here they will not exchange nothing I took my part back they said no exchanges it was my first time going in so I left the part there I’m pretty sure they will resell it pretty mad I just lost $18

Service here sucks. Since they lost the tattoo items it pretty much went downhill from there. I've been twice since they yanked the tattoo supplies and the shop has become a shell of its former self. If I was the owner, I'd start looking for a new line of business. Everything you can find here can be found way cheaper online, even if u have to pay shipping. You would still not be spending as much as you would buying the same item here. The woman who were working were hardly working. One of them sat behind the counter and did nothing more than look at her phone and scroll, occasionally typing a txt or two. The other one was kind of impatient and seemed like she was in a hurry to stand around some more. The other one kept walking around. . .idk what she was doing other than making laps. Smh never going back. . .
