Would give 5 stars because Jeremy is so awesome but the woman at the front counter almost made me leave the moment she began talking. She was so incredibly rude. She was so interested in telling stories with other customers that she seemed to get angry when we needed her assistance.

Went with a friend to get her nose pierced. The reception area was set up nicely. They have a decent portfolio set up for each artist there. The piercing process was positive for my friend and the piercer was friendly and welcoming. Piercing prices were decent and many options to choose from.
I would recommend people check out their shop. In fact, if I choose to get any more piercings I will be going there.

I gave two stars due to the unusual experience I had. I called to get an appointment for piercing, the girl on the phone asked for a $90 deposit to hold the appointment!!! She was anxious for my card number. The experience left me feeling uneasy.

I came in today to get hip piercings, the peircer (I forgot his name, cause i suck like that) was very pleasant to be around, knowledgeable, and good at his job. It took barely any time at all, and he made sure to tell me what to be careful of. The pricing is also very reasonable in my opinion especially for the quality.

Jeremy just did mine, my sisters, and my moms nose piercings. He was absolutely fantastic. He was sweet, funny, and knew exactly what he was doing. 10/10 definitely recommend having Jeremy do any piercings you're wanting.

Highly recommend for piercings. He takes his time and makes sure you are genuinely happy with the results. Plus awesome music and super friendly and helpful staff. I only go here for my piercings now ❤

This place is top notch!! Anyone that knows me knows I joke ALOT but I’ll take a moment of seriousness to say that Rob Robinson is DAMN good at what he does!! I was in last week getting a piece that took longer than we both anticipated and Rob handled it with complete professionalism in the sense that I didn’t feel like an inconvenience whatsoever even though I was keeping him 2 hrs past closing on Valentine’s Day✊🏽 It’s nice to have confidence in who is doing my work when it comes to tattoos and Robs gives me just that! 10/10 would recommend!!

I ended-up having to forfeit my $100 deposit because I refused to get a tattoo from someone who continued to disagree and argue with me about what I actually wanted tattooed on my arm. When I told Evie I did not like what she had drawn up - she wanted to spend her time disagreeing with me about semantics of the design and placement on MY arm. This is not the friendliest place I have ever been to (considering I have been to several other places to get work done while living in other states). Please be careful before paying a non-refundable deposit on something without knowing exactly what you are going to get. There are plenty of other friendlier and talented artists to check out in the area.

Love Jeremy!!!! Diffaintly makes experiences simple and fun for first timers... My daughter was scared a few years ago on her first time, however she's constantly getting new things and constantly talking about whats next!!! 😆😆😆😆

I didn't like the fact that Nick the tattoo artist was visibly upset because I didn't want him to do ONE of the tattoos I had planned on doing. Even though that's what I gave him the $40 deposit for weeks in advance. I felt like he took it out on me when he did the other tattoo I got that day. He said, "time is money" and he got his money for his time. No need to to act the way he did. On a lighter note the guy that put my earrings back in was awesome. That's why I'm giving the shop 3 stars. No need to blame the whole shop for one person.
