Absolutely LOVE the tattoos I’ve received from this shop.

But the artist I was working with canceled on me several times on the day of the appointment. I waited 5 months for this last appointment.. I reached out to the artist two days prior to make sure we were on for the appointment. Come the day of the appointment we spoke early in the morning and was told the appointment was still a go. Two hours later I received a text canceling the appointment after I’d traveled 3 hours. The artist refused to return my calls or text. After SEVERAL calls and attempts to reach the artist, I had no luck and was put in contact with the shop manager who swore I would get my money on Friday and Friday rolled around with NO calls or text. I reached out several times to get in contact with someone and no one returned my calls.

Extremely unprofessional service. I’ve invested a lot of money into my tattoos and I feel that my time and money was not valued.

Sage was absolutely amazing. Decided to come and get my first tattoo here and couldn’t be happier. Everything was explained to me really well as the process was happening helping to ease my mind. No surprises and would definitely come back for my next tattoo.

On December 27, 2017 my daughter and I were looking to get a matching tattoo with our actual heartbeats incorporated into the design. This image was so meaningful to us. We brought in a sketch and Alvaro Nunez transformed our art into a beautiful piece of body art that we will treasure forever!! His expertise helped us with placement which turned out to be perfect! I didn't really know what to expect because this was my first tattoo (at 59 years old). The results far exceeded our expectations! It is absolutely beautiful! Not only is he a skilled artist, but he is such a down to earth, friendly and beautiful person with a big heart. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and I will never forget it. Thank you so much Alvaro!

Had brain do my first tattoo and it was my last name across my back and came out amazing ! Lines where prefect , was strait no letters where off definitely would recommend Brian to anyone !

I had such an amazing tattoo experience with Alvaro Nunez! Not only was he super friendly, welcoming and sweet but his artwork is incredible. He tattooed both my mom and I and we could not have asked for a better experience. He was very honest with ideas for the placement of the piece without being pushy at all. This studio has awesome vibes and especially because of Alvaro and his great personality. Our tattoos came out better than we ever could have expected. 10/10 would recommend Alvaro to anyone!! Keep killing it!

I had Bear do a simple line on my ring finger for while my wedding ring was being rebuilt. I was made to pay extra for the tattoo because I am a local, knowing I'd be more likely to come in for touch ups. Appox . 2 weeks after the tattoo, I noticed that the line was missing completely in several places and was inconsistent. I called several times but never received a call back. Since I work downtown, I walked in and was met with an extremely poor attitude. Bear blamed the staff for not getting calls, she blamed me for not understanding how hand tattoos fade and the intricacies of how she lays lines, and accused my husband of being aggressive when he had had enough of her excuses. We came in for a touch up, what I paid a lot for and she just wanted to argue. We talked with the owner who said he'd fix it for us, but he never called us back when he said he would. My husband went in to speak with him, and he said he'd call and get us in, he never did. Beware of the promises this artist makes. I have a full sleeve and full back peice and have never had issue with the lines nor getting touch ups.

They aren’t following any current Covid procedures which is concerning for the fact that they are sticking needles into your skin. They giggled under their breath when I said I have medical issues and would like for the staff to wear a mask around me. The owner him self was very rude. The person who checked me in took an hour to sign me in and they forgot to give me my ID. Continuing on my experience got worse and worse. I asked the artist to not do a specific thing and he continued to do so and said "I run two shops, I think I know what I’m doing’. For someone who owns two shops they can barely keep up with the one out here in Bend.

I bought a gift card for my sister and she just received a simple tattoo by an artist named Kat. The lines are horrid very low quality work with many mistakes. I feel bad that I ever purchased a gift card for someone else at a place like this. So disappointed that 100 dollars were thrown away for bad craftsmanship. Artist should be ashamed.

Justin Baker was amazing, definitely reccomend him in this amazing Shop. The whole time he recomend changes to make my tattoo look better but never did anything with my go ahead. I'm definitely going back there some day soon!

I absolutely had an amazing experience here! I am even finishing my arm I am so blown away by the talent! They owner is hard working and very knowledgeable! Tattoos have come so far since my last and he really blew my mind! My son and I went in for his 18 year old birthday tatoo and we both walked away very pleased! Pricing is fair and the work is above anything you expect. Can’t wait for round two! KJ has a client for life!
