Paul is the best! I’m a huge fan of all of his work. Everyone in the shop is great - they’re all very talented and work hard - but Paul has done every single one of my tattoos and I will never go to anyone else. I am very thankful for his kindness and work ethic.

I would give this shop a 5+ star rating if I could. My bestfriend and I walked in and got matching tattoo's. I couldn't be more happy with it. Paul did a fantastic job and made one of our goals come true. I will definitely be back and I'll be sending people to Dependable any chance someone I know is looking for a new tattoo! Very cool shop. The owner Mike is super friendly and the shop has a really good positive vibe. I liked the way the shop was decorated with classic flash art. Gives it a cool old-school tattoo shop look. Overall the shop had a very clean and hygienic look and I would absolutely feel comfortable getting a tattoo here.

It was absolutely amazing! You first walk through the door and can smell how clean it is! And are instantly met with kind, caring, and a professional attitude. Not only did I get a tattoo but it was my very first and Sol Keen made that experience the best ever! He was so kind and caring towards me and made me feel so comfortable. And he did an outstanding job, it turned out so much better than I imagined!! I highly recommend Dependable Tattoo!! Thanks Sol Keen for the amazing tattoo, you did a wonderful job! :)

Everything was great until 1 hour before my appointment when Mike Godfrey said "Not looking like I'm going to make it over there tonight" and ceased contact without rescheduling. Quite ironic considering the name of the shop.
Very frustrating and after learning the atmosphere by contacting the shop in person, over the phone and messaging. I won't be returning.
A customer shouldn't feel like they are wasting an employees time or vice-versa.

I walked into Dependable Tattoo knowing more or less what I wanted just not the placement , Jesse Helms did my tattoo he was able to figure out the perfect placement and gave it a extra special touch.I was so happy with my tattoo I had to hug him! Nice shop and great artist's. We are returning mid week for another and can't wait!! UPDATE: Went back and got my better halfs tattoo and we are so happy with both ! JESSE and his crew are awesome really can't say enough good things about them.
