Received matching King/Queen of hearts on wrist with my boyfriend. The heart did not turn out symmetrical and is uneven. Artist went too deep with the tattoo and scabbed leaving a terrible hole and ultimately no color in the center of the heart. I have over 12 tattoos and this has never happened. I would not recommend this tattoo parlor.

Got a tattoo from Aaron, and I have many tattoo but have never experienced such terrible service. I tried to mention how the tattoo didnt come out right and he simply stated that it was perfect and its supposed to look like that. That's terrible customer service and the tattoo looks like a child drew it. Half is going to fade completely away when it's done healing and the other half is going to scar. AND it was WAY over priced!

My friend and I are visiting from Northern California and we went to Lady Luck today for our first tattoos, the first thing you need to know is that the customer service here is dynamite. There were only three people there: Smivee, Ryan and another gentlemen--who's name I did not catch so I will call him Deadpool-- they were friendly and jocular as soon as we walked in the door, I would totally be friends with all these guys. Deadpool was incredibly helpful both over the phone and in person, he answered all our questions and helped us fill out our paperwork quickly. Smivee did my tattoo, he was quick and clean and it's exactly what I wanted. Also, I'm not sure if he did anything to mitigate the discomfort, but I was pleasantly surprised at how painless it was. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, and I will definitely consider making the trip to Portland again when I decide to get another tattoo.

I had some time to kill while my fiance was having work done by Chad. Decided to take care of a little wish list item -- a honu for my foot -- and Jason was able to put together a design and do the work for me the same day. He did an awesome job and was really fun to work with. Had great suggestions about color that I never would have thought of and totally love. Thanks!

Went in for a simple wrist tattoo and it looks FABULOUS. And what a sweetheart my artist David was!! Reasonable prices too. All around great shop with warm fun people! Go now! :)

Collin has an awesome can do "tattitidue" and does awe inspiring traditional artwork too. His spirit is as good as his heart for artwork. Highly recommend these guys if you are in PDX
