I am excitedly awaiting the moment when it’s safe for Parker to reschedule appointments. She has been very professional and kind updating all her clients as times are constantly changing due to covid-19. Her website is very clear- outlining what to expect prior/during/after appointments, proper tattoo etiquette, and what types of pieces she is currently excited about. I’ve been following Parker for years and can not wait to get my first of hopefully many pieces from her and the others at Midnight Collective!

I got tattooed by Parker and it was the best tattoo experience I have ever had. The whole space is gorgeous and I felt so safe the entire time. COVID precautions were followed and everything was so clean. She was so kind and considerate since I was very nervous. I cannot wait until I can go back for my next one.

While I have not had the tattoos I booked for done yet due to COVID-19, Parker has been extremely responsive and professional throughout the booking and scheduling process. She was patient with figuring out what I wanted detailed in a snake tattoo and I really appreciate that. Can’t wait to eventually get the tattoos done once situations improve!

Booking, consulting and getting tattooed were experiences that showed me Parker truly cares about providing the best work possible for her clients down to the fine details. She is considerate about placement such even to think of future work and how the piece looks on the entirety of a person. Impeccably skilled tattoo process and is transparent with a client's budget.
I have a half sleeve of chrysanthemums on my forearm and Parker sat for 7+ hours to complete the piece so I could walk away with the masterpiece in one day! (Sorry again for choosing the most detailed flower ever 😅) Healing was a breeze and a year later the work is still overwhelmingly beautiful.

I really recommend this tattoo shop. I flew into Portland specifically to get a tattoo from Parker, and I love the piece i got. We had communicated via Instagram about the design, a cicada design to cover up a small stick n poke on my chest.
I got to see the design the morning of my appointment, and Parker took my feedback very professionally. I discussed concerns about the placement in relation to my body, and worry that it would be too dark. Parker adjusted the wings to fit the space and let me know their opinion as an artist and said it was ultimately my decision on shading — but that we could start light and add more to see how it looks in real time.
I had a wonderful first tattoo shop experience with Parker. I felt very heard, supported, and respected. Thank you!

Just by looking at their page/social media you can tell that above all else Maria and Parker value safety, consent, education, and inclusivity. On each of their tabs you can read their FAQs - what they are willing to tattoo and what they absolutely will not. I personally follow and like them because they go very in depth with everything they share! They take you step by step in what to expect in each part of the process! (I love this because I have crippling anxiety and need to know everything that will happen in detail lol) I read a few negative reviews and just hope this will help counteract them 😭🤍 I can’t wait to get tattooed here one day!!

Parker at Midnight has given me two tattoos, both of which I cherish greatly. I found her through another Portland artist when they were unable to tattoo me. She provided the best aftercare and really helped me feel comfortable during my experience. I truly can not recommend her enough [and have also gotten countless compliments on the work she has given me to wear for the rest of my life.] I have a total of 6 tattoos and even though I don’t live in the state, two have been from Parker.
