I went in today and had such a great experience. Right as I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable even though I was very nervous. The lady at the front desk was super friendly I didn't get her name but she was very nice. Kenneth was the one that did my three piercings, both sides of nose and tragus. He made me feel very welcomed and answered all my questions. He was so nice and his energy was great. He did so great. I will be recommending to everyone I can and definitely will be back. Thanks so much for an overall great experience.

When I tell you that our experience was incredible today, I mean it was literally the best customer service I have ever encountered. My daughter struggles with severe anxiety and Jared found a way to calm and empower her through her experience. He was kind, patient, respectful, patient, honest and did I mention, patient. He helped with more than her piercings and, as her mom, I am forever grateful for his understanding and calm.
The rest of the staff were amazing as well. From phone inquiries to jewelry selection, facility cleanliness to COVID management, we could not have had a better experience.

Rob tatted my best friend and I last minute. our regular artist cancelled since it was Father's Day, but rob had to problem working on us! he was professional, but awesome to talk with, wasnt standoffish, and did great work! healed well, only one spot of irritation on mine and that was most likely my fault anyways (:

Really fun atmosphere, beautiful jewelry selection and such wonderful staff. I've got two beautiful new piercings from Samantha Houston, and also got to interact with Jared a bit. A+ studio, I was greeted immediately. Incredible bedside manner, thorough and exquisite work. Highly recommended!

My assisted my daughter in driving to this tattoo shop in Springfield Oregon, broadly decorated in the Simpsons animation, and according to my daughter, the home of a renowned tattoo artist and his staff. This four-star genius creative talent has been a first pick/only pick for having artwork permanently place on my daughter's body, and all of it is so colorful and detailed.
When she finished up we picked her up for the ride back to Portland and she was over the moon elated with all of the finished tattoos. They were amazingly beautiful in their own way but the colors and the detail was really amazing. And the amount of artwork versus the amount of time she sat in the chair is also unbelievable. Mr Chris, thank you for putting a huge smile on my daughter's face and a truckload of confidence within her spirit. It was a fantastic day for all filled with positivity, conversation, and the camaraderie after the fact was immeasurable.

My daughter and I both got piercings by Sam and she was amazing. Everyone in the shop was super friendly and helpful. Sam was very professional and her room was spotlessly clean. I'm hooked on piercings now and plan to go back to Sam again soon even though Eugene is almost 2 hours from where I live. Yes, she's that good!

Jared is absolutely AMAZING. I have adhd and tend to get very very anxious but Jared really helped me feel calm and always makes the whole experience amazing. They have beautiful jewelry and all the staff is great. Not to mention, while your waiting there is lots of cool stuff to look at inside. I would 100% recommend EVERYONE to get their piercings done here!!💗💗💗

All the staff were very kind! The environment in the shop was friendly, clean, and fun. Jared pierced my septum and he was very kind. He answered all my questions and helping me feel comfortable. Love my septum!
