My experience with them, they really seem to hate walk-in business and almost go out of their way to avoid dealing with regular people. Unless you want your whole body covered in giant tattoos or are ready to live a tattoo based lifestyle this isnt the place to go. Customer service skills are really lacking. Tried calling twice and they rushed me off the phone both times. Sorry, Im not a tattoo genius. I had the audacity to ask questions!!! Stopped in once and they acted really annoyed that I didnt know exactly what I wanted right away. So I left.
Do yourself a favor, go to any of the other shops. Call first and ask questions. If they answer them kindly then you should consider giving them your money. But these guys? Hell no. I wouldnt take a FREE tattoo from them.
Piece of advice for you guys, if you don't want the general public calling or coming in then get rid of your website and stop pretending you want that business.

Great place....Highly recommend and will go back for more!!! Walked in on a Sat night. Around 8pm. I had an idea what I wanted. The guy at the desk said let me see if anyone had time. Hayli did. She drew it up. We agreed on it. Boom about an hour or so later. Done!!! She is super talented and made the process very relaxed. I thought everyone there was cool.
