Eva is a sweetheart, she pierced my cartilage, my daughters cartilage as well as her lobes AND wrote a note to my daughters gym teachers explaining why the piercings can't be removed for 6-7 months.

They are lacking on the customer service skills a bit. They did not seem to want or care about walk in service, kinda got rushed out the door really fast and they did not want to talk at all about possible purchases with me. Not coming back.
